Prescriptions are rarely ready when they're supposed to be, even after calling and being told their ready. Staff, for the most part, needs some serious training on customer service.

Becky is an amazing, educated, solution finding, Pharmacist! Without her I may have had a medical emergency. But, she figured it out for me and talked to my doctor. ON A FRIDAY EVENING AFTER EVERYONE WAS CLOSED. I had already called 30 other pharmacies. She found a med very similar to the one that was on back order. She cared to look for something to solve my problem. Without this drug. I could have a seizure and die. She really brightened my weekend. It's nice to know that she still cares about her patients. Especially, in this healthcare climate. I so appreciate her. If you have a problem with you med or delivery system. She is a highly-qualified healthcare warrior!Thank you, Becky!

Recieved a notification that my medications were filled just to drive all the way there and they don't have enough to fill my prescription.. this is the third time this has happened. You would think you would keep more on hand at this point seeing as though it is the same medication every time plus it's a important medication that I can't stop taking.

I would give less than zero stars if I could. I am pregnant and need a prescrition filled for UTI and they refused to serve me because I didnt have a mask and didnt want to pay $1 for one so I could wait less than 2 minutes for them to fill my prescription. Completely rude, worst customer service and discrimination I have ever experienced. I work in healthcare and we do not by any means force a person to covor their face if they refuse and we still give them the care they need.

I have been coming here for quite awhile now more than 4 years. I ran out of my Tizanidine, and I asked if I could get a few to last until my Dr sends a rx. The pharmacist said no! I don't understand, why should I keep going to this one.VERY DISSATISFIED

Went to pick up my medications. When I was there they had reshelved my prescriptions. I was told it would be a half an hour to get prescriptions ready. When I asked if I could just have them transferred to a different pharmacy, due to not having an extra 30 minutes, the gal with short red hair was beyond rude and stated I have two options to wait or to leave and come back. Amazed at the lack of patience and respect from a healthcare facility! Be better Allina!

I’ve been here three separate times. Every time I end up waiting a minimum of 30-60 minutes to fill a prescription.This last time, they didn’t have the prescription ready. I told them I would wait.They said it would be 15 minutes.I decided to wait in the car because it’s FREEZING in the waiting room!! I came back in 15 minutes expecting for the prescription to be ready. They had not even started it!! So here I sit. Waiting AGAIN. Another 15 minutes later and now I’m informed the computers keep going down.This happened the first time I came here.This is pathetic. I have only had problems with Allina pharmacies. Every other pharmacy I have been to they have it ready and waiting. I get in and out under 3 minutes!! An hour later and I Finally have the prescription!Step up your game Allina!!

The pharmacists are nice. The problem is that they don't have common prescriptions available; they have to order them ahead of time. So don't expect to be able to get all of your prescriptions day-of. This is especially surprising seeing as they are connected to one of the largest hospitals north of the cities.
