My friend and I came in to redo her wardrobe and Shianne immediately began to help us get started. She was great at coming up with new outfit suggestions for her and got my friend a fitting room!
Both Shianne and Mariana found us different styles and different sizes for her and made her look AMAZING! They were so friendly and were Genuinely happy to help.
My friend walked away so happy and excited for the outfits for both her and her husband.
At the register, everyone worked with us to find all discounts:)
I would 100% recommend this location and all of their staff to help you find New outfits or styles for the upcoming season:) Thank you, everyone!

In store 12/23, 8 people in line. 2 lines open we were next one and waited 25 minutes to check out. Manager very abrupt and didnt open another check out. 1 person standing by door, doing nothing, another folding clothes, manager standing behind clothes. Horrible customer service.

I shop here fairly often and always have a good experience. The store is clean, and the employees are friendly and professional. I highly recommend shopping at this location!

Overall the store has a lot to choose from and the staff was nice however, the fitting rooms need a good deep clean. Found a used bandaid and tons of dust bunnies. It grossed me out changing in there with the floors so dirty.

I ordered a pair of jeans to be picked up on the 20th of august because i wanted in store pick up so I didn’t have to pay for shipping, the 20th comes and I call then they tell me my package won’t be here until the 26th because they didn’t have it in store, they then can’t ship it to me because iv left for college, super unorganized and should be making sure that things are accurate so things don’t get ruined for customers.

Every time I stop in at the Riverdale location, staff are so kind and helpful. I really appreciate the staff here, especially as someone diving "back in" to actually buying myself some new wardrobe pieces after having 3 kids and wanting to feel a little cuter in my daily casual wear. They made me feel welcome and comfortable shopping there even if I know I maybe don't fit the target market. I loved AE clothes in my teens and early 20s, and it's been fun for me to rediscover some sense of myself as I see some styles resurfacing again. I felt silly about it at first, but the staff there have only been sweet about it, and I really appreciated that encouragement.

Don't purchase any Arie leggings / yoga pants. They will have holes within several wearing.Best of all one of the managers, Lauren, won't stand behind the quality and gives you a hard time if you attempt to return for store credit. Saying "all do it this time but never again". Great thing about that statement it goes both ways. I will never purchase leggings/ yoga pants ever again from this company and will not give this location any of my business.So be warned. Purchasing leggings / yoga pant from AE or Arie you are better served by striking a match to the money you will spend.

This location as often out of sizes, as well as the staff is not very friendly. You have to ask for fitting rooms and it usually takes a while for them to pay any attention to you.
The past few times I have been in here the store has not been very clean, and the staff just stands around talking to each other.

I came here last week to go shopping and I just want to say customer service was excellent. They got me a room while I was holding a few items during shopping. When I was ready to go to the changing room to try on, she opened the door for me. I don’t remember service was this good the last time I was here. I will definitely return.
