I actually got to have a great conversation with every single staff member I talked to. My receptionist was awesome, the doctors were so friendly and really smart and my consultant was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions and explained everything to me really well, I actually understood what I was paying for. Huge shoutout to you guys, you all need a raise ✨?

Called to get contacts they said they had 3 boxes of then I told them it would take an hour to get there she said that's fine they close at 7 and had plenty of time to get there showed up for her to tell me that my prescription was not good anymore thanks for wasting my time 2 hours for something she could have told me over the phone would recommend not wasting your time with this place

A week and a half ago my glasses broke; I talked to an older lady on the phone about my warranty status, then proceeded to order a pair of glasses to replace my current ones. Thought i'd call today and see if they had arrived yet, only to find out the order was never placed. I don't mind waiting for things to come in, what I do mind is having to go a whole month without being able to see properly. Overall, though the people here are very nice and helpful, I know people make mistakes and we are all human but I am just very upset and frustrated. I would advise anyone who places an order over the phone to log into your account and double check your recent orders/ order history to make sure the order has been placed.

I went in for 2 pairs of eye glasses and an eye exam for 79.99 and ended up paying $300. They also weren't even able to put glass lenses in my frames. I would recommend having insurance and going to pearl vision ?

My wife ordered glasses here and was told 2-3 weeks before they would come in. We called after three weeks and they said they were lost in the mail but would gladly re-order them for us..( Really, you need approval!? We already paid for them!...) Now another 2 weeks later they still have not come in. My wife needs this new prescription because she's having migraines and vision problems as a result of her current pair being off. We will never do business here again. Edit: They Finally came in! Almost 6 weeks.

Was 8 minutes late to my appointment at the Coon Rapids location on 4/1 and received a text saying my appointment was cancelled. The employees were passive aggressive with poor customer service skills. There also seemed to be some implicit bias at play. I will not be returning.

We were late and turned away.I got a text 7 minutes after my appointment time telling me my daughter's appointment was canceled but we tried anyway and were turned away by 3 smiling employees.Weird thing: the store called me twice on my way home and hung up both times, even though I heard people. Very unprofessional impression overall.

Our pretesting tech and the doctor were great. The woman who checked us out was rude, abrasive and rushed us through. She processed my son's order for glasses without me ever looking at them, so I am going to be especially frustrated if they don't fit him.
