Not impressed with this location. First time we were there staff didn’t really know how to transfer over a phone. Second time we were there we were in there for over five minutes with three staff members and none of them even acknowledged, we were even in the store standing around waiting. Would not recommend this store 😒.

Sales rep: Amari K is a scam. I went in; to trade my phone which Amaari told me it was worth $1000 credit for a Samsung Galaxy 24.
Amari added the Next Up feature into my plan without telling me. The Next Up is EXTRA COST. Amari gave me her iPad signature part with the back blur out, telling me that it was me agreeing to trade in my phone. I went back in the next day to speak with her because I got an email saying my bill will now be $97.78. My old phone bill was only $50.08. Now it's my fault due to the fact that I sign her iPad.
Amari told me she couldn't do anything to help me and if I wanted to get rid of the Next Up that she put on my account, is to call the customer service number 611.
I just received a text on 12/2/2024 about a Personal Cloud feature that was also added onto my account on 11/29/2024 which I was not aware of. I had to go through that hassle of calling and getting everything out of my account. The person that could of add it onto my account was Amari who helped me on 11/29/2024.
BE AWARE OF AMARI. SHE WILL ADD ADDINTION FEATURES ON YOUR ACCOUNT!!!

I had an appointment. I was sort of greeted when I came in the store. The employees who weren't helping customers were playing on their phones. My salesperson didn't hard sell anything, which is great! I told her the phone I wanted to buy. She struggled to set up the phone on her iPad. She had to scan my license three times and use three different SIM cards. Other employees saw her struggling and didn't offer to help. She got it working and asked if there was anything else. I stayed in the store in case the phone had issues loading. It didn't. Not a horrible experience but not a great one either.

Bunch of incompetent people who work here. I bring in my iPhone to use the insurance I've paid thousands of dollars for and the first thing this lady says is, I can't do it because it takes to long. yet an hour and a half left of store time. Then they make this appt with some tech that comes to my house. The tech texts me that day, and I explain the problem. This very lazy tech just responds with, ok, I'll just cancel the job without even understanding the issue. The level of incompetence of at&t is pathetic. More so that I pay an outrageous amount of money for a company to give me the run around with fixing a phone that they are legally obligated to fix. I'm so sick of this dishonest company.

Poor customer service. I stopped by considering upgrading my phone. The girl who greeted me was 100% indifferent. The store was dead - I thought I'd get great service, I was wrong. She didn't ask my name, didn't offer hers, just greeted me, and asked for my driver's license when I asked about what phones were available. There was also a guy just playing on his phone there, not paying attention. It felt so impersonal and simply transactional. I will not be back.

Don’t buy a life time screen protector for your phone. They don’t keep them in stock and the tell you to go buy another one. Poor customer service for this! I was in the store to have it fixed, they didn’t have any so they sent me home to get one online. The registration they sent me too required a receipt, I called them for receipt and they told me I had to call AT&T so I did and they said I had to get receipt from store. Called the store again and they could not get me a receipt and was told to go online and buy another. What’s the sense of a lifetime screen protector when it’s not lifetime. Never again!

Went in to change a phone plan after over paying for no reason, for who knows how long. Was told we had an “outdated plan” and that’s why we were paying almost twice as much as we should have been.
The young woman that helped us change our plan may want to reconsider working in customer service. She acted completely uninterested in helping us. Interrupted and talked over us. Had a very unpleasant attitude overall. Made for bad experience overall.
Also, not a fan of how the store is laid out with just random round tables instead of desks/counters. You walk in and just kinda have to wonder around to find someone who works there.

David Gerzina was most helpful in resolving issues that were caused by a local authorized retailer. He was patient, kind and extremely customer focused. I would recommend him and this location! Thank you for turning a rough situation into a positive experience.

The entire group of staff are very service oriented They are willing to do what it takes for the customer.David G. was very helpful and worked very hard to resolve an issue. He was successful!!I’ve been a customer since 1992. Wouldn’t have our service with anyone other than AT&T.

On 9/30 I went into the store to get my phone screen but was told that the lady could fix it because the back was damaged by the world's smallest chip. The gal said I would have to replace the whole device which would cost me $250. I was a little disappointed because it seemed like she didn't wanna actually help the customer. I called the insurance and setup a claim and took my phone to ubreakifix. They were able to fix to look brand new but they couldn't even see what the lady at at&t was talking about. Maybe next time try to help the customer. Just pure laziness. I'll be taking my business to the Andover store .

When parts weren't available for the screen on my phone, Kevelyn went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my phone got repaired. What was such a headache talking to customer service, she made it happen getting the screen delivered to her own home and got it done the next day. Thank you so much!!! ?

Everybody was so nice they helped even when I didn’t make a purchase
