I bought all the gadgets for my 2008 crystler town n country van 4.0 so I could fix it and they had all the gadgets and I all so bought new, spark plugs .. we put it all in my van that is my girl freind and I no lovers just good friends and it purrs like a kitten thank you auto zone!!!

I went to Auto Zone, to get a new battery. The manager there, was top notch. He changed out my battery for me and taught me some things about my new vehicle. Thank you very much for all the help! I will be returning to your store, as I need things.

I go in there looking to get some parts from behind the counter. First thing I hear when I walk in the door is the trap rap blasting through the speaker system. I don't really mind rap and I'm not easily offended myself, but in my opinion it's pretty unprofessional to be playing explicit music with all different types of customers coming through the door from all walks of life many of which would not appreciate the cursing and the inappropriate subject matter of the music. I come up to the counter with the stuff I picked off of the shelf that I wanted to buy and I asked for some things behind the counter and he got them, but as soon as I asked for a few more things he started huffing and puffing. I guess AutoZone likes to pay people hourly to just sit on their phones and God forbid they get interrupted by actual work. That's what's become of the workforce and society these days. So in the middle of the transaction, a skinny white boy with a mustache help to finish my order while the guy that was helping me originally just leans against the wall and starts getting on his phone. I guess he has like a 3 minute time limit for dealing with customers then he has important social media to get back to. What do they even pay this guy for just to exist?

The Manager rocks at this location helped us with a code scanner and helped with what repair was. Highly recommend

Went in to buy some brakes. Stood there waiting while everyone did nothing. One person was being helped and three other employees didn't even begin to acknowledge me. One was looking at some "nice mustang" in the parking lot. Then another went out to look at it, while the other admirer came back in. Then they start messing around on their phone. Totally ignored. Not an ounce of attention to what would have been a good paying customer. I thanked them for nothing and gave the one finger salute, and when I got outside I told the other staffer that their store sucks and did the same. Is this a store to buy parts to fix my car or a car show. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

I went today with my air filter in hand and ask duke to assist me he was rude not polite at all if he hates his job he shouldn’t been in a place that requires to talk to costumers. I ask help to the other guy name Austin he was nice and assist me with all that I needed management should look into personalities before hiring some rude such as Duke probs to Austin who helped me such a bad and good experience is sad that people like me who lives near by an AutoZone don’t want to go back because people such as Duke
