Joe (young Buck employee) and Deb are amazing. I am brand new to Archery. I did not know anything about what I needed to start out in it. I came in and they set me up! They measured twice on everything and have me set up for success, I can't wait to take a class with this shop

I was a regular shooter for a while. (Subscription) But, as we all know life changes… As for my experiences, they were nothing short of exemplary! Excellent, kind, and helpful individuals! Thank you all!

Joe's Archery is great. Always friendly customer service and attention to detail. I bring my Bowfishing bows in every year, a little more beat up than the last time and they always ensure everything is locked in and shooting true.

Great experience, staff was very helpful and professional. Dropped off my crossbow and cable and picked it up the next day ready to go.
Reasonable price and they stand behind their work.

Really fantastic experience! We did the archery experience for two people: Quick basic demo, 2 hours on the range, and equipment rental for two people was $40--great deal and a ton of fun!

I brought my crossbow in to have it restrung on 8/5. I was told it would take around 3 weeks for it to be done (Plenty of time before archery season 9/14). I left and waited for three weeks, and then four, but never received a call from anyone. On 9/6, I called Joe's and I was informed that the strings they had ordered had arrived that day and they would be working on it over the next few days. I am very reasonable and understand things can happen with shipping and dealing with other companies and their processing issues. I jokingly said it did not matter to me how long it takes to complete, as long as it was done before the 14th, and I was told it definitely would be. By 9/12, I still had not received a phone call from Joe’s telling me my crossbow was finished, so I called again. I was told that they had ordered the wrong strings and that the sticker that showed the model name had been removed. I was told they needed to contact the crossbow manufacturer to provide the serial number and order the correct strings. I asked why I wasn’t contacted and explained that I certainly could have provided the model name, and should have been informed of the further delay. I had a hunting trip with a group of friends scheduled from the 13th to the 16th and pitched in $200 for food and beer. I of course was unable to hunt during the weekend trip, but two friends were able to harvest deer. I was told I would be contacted when my bow was ready and despite being told it would be a 3-week turnover, it did not seem like Joe’s staff cared at all about the outrageous delay or my ruined trip. I was called on 9/18 and picked up the bow a couple of days later. I will admit that I am new to this hobby and I am learning for sure. I was absolutely shocked, however, when I was told the total to replace by bowstrings was $210! This is my first crossbow and I purchased it brand new for less than the cost of replacing the strings at Joe’s. I checked online and Sportsman’s Warehouse had the same crossbow in stock for $200. I considered leaving the bow and simply buying a new one to save a few dollars. Overall, the three-week turnover I was given ended up being more than twice that time frame. I would again like to say that I am an extremely reasonable person, and fully understand stuff happens from time to time, but customer service is lacking when there seems to be no care/concern for your customer’s satisfaction, especially after so many problems and ruined plans. Joe’s was recommended to me by two friends who have said this is not typical service, but was still absolutely awful service. This was my first, and certainly last time going to Joe’s.
