Had a great experience today. They made it simple to open up an account with them and let us know the documents we needed, went home and got the documents and they had us taken care of very fast! Walked us through the benefits of different types of cards and were very personable. Ross was awesome!

Visited this location on a random Thursday at 12:45 to simply cash a check. They couldn’t do it because their “teller won’t be back for 30 minutes”.
I would HIGHLY recommend using Blaze Credit Union or US bank before BoA.

It seems like everyday This bank (as a whole not specifically individual) has been on the news for not allowing people to get their money back from hacks and or scams (obviously I know the difference between them willingly falling for the scams and when someone hacks the account) between their automatic denying people on their accounts (what claim they're not doing anymore) mortgage violations they've been fined for. But yeah people love this bank probably due to ignorance

Very rude Bank Manager. I got all the documents listed on the website to open minor bank account. They asked me a document which was not listed on their website and did not open account .

They just charged me $8 to cash a check written by their partners in crime Bluevine financial. After my bank refused to honor their check, I was left no recourse but to pay their extortion.It was their partner that wrote the check! A check that my bank said was invalid.I'm astonished at the level of dishonesty.
