Staff were extremely helpful with the deals they had going on during my trip. I purchased everything I needed and then some and got some good discounts with the deals.I am sad to see some of the summer scents go because I'm not ready to grasp onto the idea that summer is ending but their fall scents were fabulous as usual.

I had a few items from an online order to return. Lillian was very diligent to make sure the sku numbers on the two items matched the order slip I handed her. Once I noticed she was having a hard time matching them up I provided the email with the order. The email even showed a picture of the items. Then somehow Lillian told me I she needed my drivers license.I asked her multiple times why would I need to give that it if I had the email from the order along with the slip that the order was shipped with. Then she flipped her computer screen around and said the register is asking for it. She also said there’s been a lot of fraud. Since I didn’t have my id and me needing my id didn’t make any sense at all I left. I then called the store and the manager just keep repeating that I walked out. Well yeah I just spent 10 minutes waiting while skus were being matched as if I’m some kind of thief to be told I need an ID which I should not have to provide. I don’t work for bath and body works so if the system changed to somehow require my id how would I know?? The manager must have thought I should have found somebody else to help me when really Lillian should have called another worker to help. The managers must not be very helpful to their associates if their sales associate can’t ask for help to realize their mistake. Why would it make sense that she was matching the skus to a paper right infront of her with an ORDER NUMBER. I went to a different location where I was able to return my items with no problem at. They didn’t even need to take 10 minutes to match the skus either.

This Bath & Body Works does such a great job. There is ALWAYS someone at the front door greeting you with a bag ready for you to fill it up with goodies ;) The store is always very clean and extremely organized. It's easy to shop in the store or shop online and pick it up. I've never had to wait longer than a minute to pick up my order when I've shopped online. Great store!!

The sale has gotten pretty bad. Now there is only a few items included in the semiannual sale. The North Branch location is only open till 6. This is only the 2nd day of the sale & most of the good items were already gone. There was no one in the store when I was in there, yet I felt like I was interrupting the 2 sales ladies with my questions. I'm just not impressed with this location & haven't been for the last few years. I wouldn't recommend to my family or friends. The employees were knowledgeable of their products & nice once they saw just how much I was purchasing. Maybe more people shouldn't judge a book by its cover.

I went in to exchange some soaps from previous orders (I order online and usually wait until I have a few to exchange) and was told they have a new return policy as of 9/14/22 and anything purchased before that is subject to the new return policy as well. I told them I hadn't received any notice of this and I haven't kept my receipts as I've never had a problem just doing an even exchange. The worker told me they didn't really make any announcements about the policy change at all but that it doesn't matter and I couldn't exchange them. I understand policy changes but feel like they should have notified all customers before it went into effect so I could have made my exchanges before. In my opinion the new policy should only be in effect for all purchases made after it went into place. I used to order all the time but don't plan to again.

Same experience as Tara.I went in to exchange a candle cactus blossom because it made me nauseated and was told they have a new return policy as of 9/14/22 that they can’t exchange because it’s used and burned down halfway. And I get not refunding money for a used candle but an exchange? Even if I burned the candle 1/4 of the way (since that’s what they call gently used), they can’t sell it anyway. Whether it’s burned half way or a quarter of a way, you can’t sell it. So pretty much they would exchange if I lit it only a little bit but won’t exchange it since it’s halfway even though no matter what they can’t sell it either way. I told them I hadn't received any notice of this and Its not even listed in the store or the website return policy. The worker told me they didn't really make any announcements about the policy change at all but that it doesn't matter and I couldn't exchange them. I spend a lot of money here and have been a customer for years and am thinking about taking my money elsewhere. I will be contacting corporate about this.
