Ordered a cell phone battery 16 days ago. After some runaround went to the store today . Found out the order was never complete. Yes I talked to the same person that placed the order. I would like the district manager to get hold of me!!

My battery died last night and I decided to have it replaced before facing anymore wintertime troubles. After another local company told me they wouldn't install a battery for me because it had snowed half and inch and it was cold outside, I called Batteries Plus. Dominic (hope that is spelled correctly!) told me to come right over first thing this morning to have one installed no problem.
Despite having to battle an ancient battery out of my car in the bitter cold and brutal wind, Dominic was gracious and friendly the whole way. He seemed very knowledgeable in his practice and genuinely interested in helping me out of a tough spot regardless of the weather or unexpected frustrations along the way (dang old, broken bolts!).
The whole experience made me glad I had been snubbed by the first place I called, because I am glad to have given Batteries Plus my business. Thank you!

My salesman knocked it out if the park tonight. I needed 2 batteries for my snow goes and wanted made in America. They had exactly that and can’t wait to use them. I use BP for all my battery needs.

If I could do a less than 1 star I would have. My 3yr old AGM car battery with 1yr left on warranty was not honored because I didnt have my paper reciept (who keeps them that long) and they couldnt find it in their computer. This company owes my $229.99 and I will see to it they will miss more than 10x that in future business with my friends and family!!!

Watch out! Purchased 6 golf cart batteries in store and was never told at the time that we could not get a refund for core exchange. Was told at the time we brought in the cores that refund are only for on-line purchases. So we are out $150.00!

Had an almost dead car fob. Walked in, the employee popped open my fob, found the right battery, popped it in, and I paid less than $10. Couldn't be happier.

I cannot believe they charge you $9 to install a new battery in your key fob that takes them 15 seconds there used to be no charge for that beware when you want one installed the total cost is over $15 for a $6 battery what a joke and they don't tell you the cost of front you should ask unless you can't do it yourself most key fobs take a 2032 battery if you want to do it yourself you can buy a four pack cheaper than $15
