I will never set foot in this store again. 2 times I have stood there and waited patiently to buy something (30 mins to purchase a TV the second time) and finally someone might come by to put me in "queue" to only see people that came in after me get helped. So I just walked across the parking lot and spent money at Costco where I just should have gone in the first place.

The young man in laptops that sold me a new ASUS Pro 15.6 was spot on in helping me choose the right laptop. Everything I need looks to be covered with this piece. Programming my drones/quadcopters, PCB layout, arduino, CAD and 3d printing. I'm terrible with names and can't find any on my receipt Thanks Man!

Standard Best Buy. They need to do a better job of stocking their shelves. Displays were beat down and shelves were empty in the computer dept.

I stopped in to get a laptop that would best benefit my needs and I’m very illiterate when it come to computers and David was amazing at helping me pick out the lap top that was right for me I would definitely come back. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional

Had a Pioneer Car Stereo installed here, and they did a great job! Best Buy should offer this service at other locations it don't take so long to get in.

The employee at the entrance was super helpful and directed us right away to what we were looking for. The store is really nice inside and the displays all look cool. It wasn't too busy and there were a lot of cashiers so the line moved quickly. Some of the prices are a little high but I found out the video game I wanted was on sale - about $20 cheaper than all the other places that had it.

I tried to do the price match guarantee today. Now i made an online order for pick up last week i asked if they were the airpod pros 2nd gen which best buy told me they were and then i called to complain on dec 4th they said bring them in they will do the exchange with the pricemstch and they will honor it. Went in today didnt honor it because the price match they were going to do was out of stock.you would think the customer would be right here. First off the blonde manager wasnt going to sit here and handle it. I cant wait to call in tomorrow exactly what i want to do before work. I always have stupid problems with best buy.just so everyone knows there products are just as great as walmart or target highly recommend going there you wont get this much disrespect. Maybe even less.

Great Best Buy location. It is clean and tidy. A few out of stock items, but comparable to other retailers. I like the layout of this location. Phones, tablets, pcs, and laptops in the center and right of front doors. Home features like wifi, cameras, and appliances on the left side of doors. Tv's and sound systems in the back of the store. The checouts are easy to maneuver and had no lines when i visted. The parking lot is huge and easy to navigate. Will definitely be back again.

Bought a new television online on Sunday at 5:00 pm for curbside pickup. The store closes at 7:00 pm and the app said it would be ready for pickup in one hour. I didn't receive a text notification that it was ready for pickup until an hour and thirty-five minutes later (6:35 pm). I waited one hour, then called Best Buy to verify that my order would be ready. The only person I could talk to was someone in a foreign country call center, I couldn't even talk to a person in the store. I asked to be transferred to a store associate, and they said they can't do that, I have to wait for the confirmation text. It's now 6:25 pm and I still haven't received the confirmation text. again... they close at 7:00 pm. Finally at 6:35 I received the text that it's ready for pickup and I still need to drive to the store. I could have driven to the store earlier but if it wasn't going to be ready, it would have been a waste of time and it might not be ready until the next day. I got to the store at 6:50 pm and pressed the button to notify the store I was there to pick up my order. The next page said it could take them 10 minutes to bring the order out. They finally brought it out at 6:59.9 pm. They really need to have better communication and a way for the customer to talk to someone in the store and not in a call center!
