Room was clean, pool was clean and all the desk clerks were awesome except one.

We had a non-refundable reservation through bookings but because of the snow that is coming to the area we are not able to drive an hour away. The hotel was very wonderful figuring that situation out with us! Thanks again! Hope to stay in the future!
