I went in today and seen Tara O. about our 401k. She is such a professional! We were in and out in no time flat! We asked her a lot of questions and she was so forth coming and easy to talk to :) Thanks Tara!

The staff are so friendly and helpful each time I go in/call for my personal or business accounts! They are very informative of what is going on with your accounts/loans and I can tell they carefully choose who works there. Better than any other banking experience!

Of the 3 banks I use, there is no question that this is the worst with respect to customer support. BMO Harris Bank has made 2 significant oversights with my homeowners insurance in the 5 years I have been with them. Coon Rapids management is mediocre. My 2-star rating is generous.
