Great company. The guy who answers the phone is very friendly and customer centric. He took the time to friendly explain the me all the details about moving in rain, protecting the carpet, billing, furniture protection, etc. The 3 guys who showed up were awesome. Even though they're paid by the hour, they still worked fast and at the same time all my furniture and newly painted walls were scratch free and they kept it that way!

I just want to give a huge “shout out” to Bosley Movers. I had initially thought I would do the Moving van and “enlist” family. I thought better and reached out to movers in my area. I was contacted by Shawn from Bosley Movers and he gave me a quote. From the time I started working with Bosley they were great! Accommodating, friendly, honest and helpful! Moving Day…Tyler and Nate! Professional, fun and hard working! They did their jobs so well and made my anxiety so much better! They had to travel two hours to my new apartment and two hours back! Great attitude, friendly and just exceptional! I would recommend Bosley Movers to anybody who wants to move whether in the metro or within the State of Minnesota! Their professionalism, care and expertise is way above the bar!!! Thank you Bosley Movers, you made it so much easier!!!!

The guys who showed up had their truck loaded and ready to go for the first trip in 90 minutes...and that was at two different houses to deal with. We had some bad weather and a very large amount of totes and boxes in the garage to deal with, but they just immediately pivoted and dealt with it all. I would recommend them to anyone and it was money well spent for anyone like me who can't just do it yourself.
Very good communicators...mark your boxes and talk with them and they will get everything where it needs to be.

Tony and Nate did an amazing job! They arrived early and finished in less time than was estimated. Everything was handled with care and professionalism. They even offered to help put together furniture without an extra charge. I will absolutely be returning for future moving needs.

I would recommend Bosley Movers to anyone!
This was my first time using a moving company, I searched all around the twin cities for quotes and other companies were much more expensive and had hidden fees. Bosley has straightforward pricing and they do not sacrifice quality or efficiency with the low cost.
My move date was 7/1. Tyler and Donnie were my movers, and they were great guys! Very professional but also personable. Super fast and efficient. Not a single thing was damaged in the move. They made my move stress free, and I am so thankful.
The amount of time I saved by not having to move by myself was worth every penny. I would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely use this company for any future move.

Had a good experience the first two times I used this service. The most recent time was horrible. I scheduled movers to be at the property around 10am and was contacted by the owner that they were running behind, which happens. However, I was told they would be around by no later than 2pm. They did not arrive until 3:20pm or so.
Tony was unpleasant and unprofessional. He complained the entire time he worked. He was agitated and short with me. He did not even look me in the eye when I introduced myself to shake his hand. He absolutely stank of cigarettes, which lingered in my old residence and in my new residence for days. The other mover was nice.

These guys were polite and professional. Our apartment elevator was broken and the day was hot but they pushed through and moved swiftly. Well worth the price which was reasonable too. Highly recommend

So I’m gonna start by saying this. This isn’t an attack on the company or slander to the company this is just awareness to potential customers. Move date 7/12 South Minneapolis-Inver Grove Heights. This is my second time using Bosley movers to help me move. Their prices are great and the workers are fast. I will not knock that! I appreciate them a lot for waiting for my new place leasing office to open so I can get my keys,thank you. Yall deserved that $50 tip. After the movers left, we start unpacking and plugging things in. My person im with is a stay at home dad and gamer so he enjoys his time on his 75 inch tv. beware, if they man handle your electronics and it breaks n you don’t do some sort of video evidence proving that the device worked before the move, they will not do anything about it. We turned it on and seen what we seen in the picture below. Of course he calls the movers the same day and is rather irate. The manager or who ever it was stated that the movers didn’t dock dropping anything so their insurance company will not cover it then he goes on to say, “well we don’t know if the tv worked at the time”. Anyone who reads that sentence or hears that sentence will immediately say”why the hell am I holding on to a 75 inch tv that doesn’t work?😒🫤” we arent hoarders and are quick to throw away something that is done serving its purpose. We both endured a lot leading up to this fresh start. From my car being stolen to his truck blowing up, this move meant everything to us and was suppose to be smooth. Now we’re assed out not only $520 for the move but assed out on a $780 tv. It’s quite literally heartbreaking. I’m not rich I’m just a mom trying to make it happen😭They Didn’t bother to offer to give us half of our money back or anything. Just basically said hey your loss and our gain. Super unprofessional. Record/document everything that you deem valuable before they even start moving it. Lesson learned.
