Very Very disappointed in the process. We were excited to work with Jason on covering all the windows in our new home. He came out and measured during construction so we could get them ordered and available once we moved in. Over $20K in blinds! Installation was delayed slightly (ok, no problem), they look great. So why the 1 star? Well, we were missing some valences (3 to be exact) and ONE WHOLE WINDOW of coverings (would be 2 sets of blinds). We had installation at the end of October, its FEBRUARY we have no blinds and no contact. We first attempted follow up back in November for an update and have made MULTIPLE attempts to call and email since then - For our 6 emails and numerous phone calls, we have got 2 responses. We were told in late January that there are some parts on back order for the blinds that we were not told were an issue back when the others were installed. We were not informed or offered any other options, refund, nothing - simply no response. Our mistake to PAY in FULL at time of ordering the products, now they have our money and we still don't have our products. Buyer beware. We can not recommend this company at this time to provide any services. Its really too bad, we are living in a new development with lots of houses that will need blinds and we will tell people to avoid them.

The owners – a husband and wife team – were both involved in my transaction. Both were extremely professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They helped me rectify an issue (that they were not party to), interacted with the manufacturer, and went above and beyond to solve my problem. Wholeheartedly recommend this business to anyone looking to outfit their windows!

Used Budget Blinds for the 2nd time. Great choices to work with. Worked with us to our time table for installation.Very happy to work with them again.

Great blinds, great installer, great final look. Not sure “budget” is the right word here (their blinds are not inexpensive) but you get what you pay for. And for me, that was a good thing. Recommend… yes.

After several attempts, Jason came to my house with the charger and the issue has been resolved.I have been waiting for a charger for my blinds for over a year now. Jason tells me a different story everytime I reach out to check on it. He is either away on vacation and will check on it, or supply chain or whatever but i never hear back until I follow up with him again and he gives another false promise.He promises excellent customer service but that is not what you get once you have paid. I paid him a lot of money for blinds for my new home and the charger for two of the blinds were not given to me on the installaltion date and to date, I have been asking for over a year. he continues to use supply chain issues as an excuse.

Absolutely AWESOME customer service. We bought blinds from this store in 2009. We had several problems with one of the blinds (a manufacturing defect), and each time, Joy, at Budget Blinds, stepped up and did whatever it took to get Hunter Douglas to fix the blinds at no cost to me. She is very knowledgeable about the products she sells and she has very good customer service skills. She was instrumental in convincing Hunter Douglas to replace the defective window blind with a new one, at no cost. I highly recommend this company. I've never given 5 stars to any other business.
