“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. All Auto glass took extra care and even added some parts that insurance would not cover. I had a ford explorer where there was 50/50 chance that the rear spoiler on my ford explorer would break and have to be totally replace not covered by insurance. “I bought a vehicle from the owner and took it in for an inspection. It was garbage underneath. Rusted through spots, broken parts, and needed repairs badly.I drove back up there in a heat and confronted them, expecting a difficult time.The owner met me, inspected the vehicle, apologized and explained, and guaranteed that he would make it right. And he did.They kept my vehicle for 3 days and fully combed through everything. Repairs were free, and it was in good shape when I got it back from them.My first instinct was to rate them poorly for having this issue in the first place. But I could tell that these are honest folks who are doing their best, especially if you point out a mistake. And that earns my business every time.”
