This place is a rip off . I brought in about $600 worth of name brand clothing and jewelry. Most still had the tags on them. I was offered $56.00
When I wanted to look in the bin of the things that they were interested in buying the manager pulled an attitude and didn't want me to look in it. Then she proceeded to tell me to be careful looking and not mess it up as if she didn't want me to look and see what they were taking. And the things that they weren't interested in they just threw in a bin all like there was no care at all all messed up
Never again the place is a rip.

I recently did a closet clean and am a newbie to selling. I meandered in with two large boxes of items me and chatgpt thought worth selling. The lovely young woman receiving drop-offs looked at the box wide-eyed and tried very delicately to explain to me that a box it took two people to bring in might be too much for them. Because I was new she accepted the one box already brought in and took the time to explain how they prefer to receive items, what their process is, and what I could expect from the selling process. They were SWAMPED with drop-offs, yet still very kindly and generously walked me through everything. I knew going in I could try to sell my items online to make more, and had already decided that I was willing to accept less cash back by asking them to take on the work and risk of selling. I feel good about the items they took and hope they find a home with someone who will enjoy them. The rest will be donated to a local charity and my hope is the same - that the clothing will find a good second life with someone who will value them.

I brought 1 full basket of Harley merchandise. She said we like Harley stuff. 2 jackets and 1 jacket and a pair of pants buckskin color. Excellent shape the total times was not even 5 times. Harley gloves,purse,belt and Summer tank tops. I was offered $46.00. Just for 2 jackets nothing meet their standards. Thry had a pair of sandles for $12.00 that was half of my 2 leather jackets. Sorry very disappointed. Brand clothing.

Popped in for the first time not realizing they were hosting a Ladies Night last night! Everything was on sale and all the staff were very attentive and kind. I was only expecting to spend 15 minutes or so since they typically close at 7pm but was able to shop for about an hour instead. Very fun event and hope they host more of these!

I love to shop there. If you have a little extra time you can find some GREAT deals! They close at 7 pm on weeknights so plan to get there early . The staff is very nice and usually knows their inventory and will help you find what you’re looking for if you ask them. I’ve never liked consignment stores before Clothes Mentor. Now I’m a big fan. You save a lot of money. Also really great for people whose weight fluctuates.

Terrible customer service, will not be back, at least not to this location.
It appears that many other reviewers have encountered the same issues. Surprised the staff that are rude continue to work here and nothing is done.
Since I can't reply to the owners response to my review, I'll just edit my review to include that I DID NOT decline to bring in a smaller bin, all I said was okay and that it would be nice to see parameters put on a website for people to see before bringing items in.

I shop in this store all the time with my children and they are always so kind! I love it there and always recommend to friends and family to shop there. I feel bad for the ladies when they have to deal with customers being rude and disrespectful to them. You all work so hard to make it such a clean and easy place for us to shop! If I could give 10 stars I would! Big thanks to this wonderful staff!!!!
