“5/5 - Had the legacy AM4 AMD products I needed like a Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3200 288-pin DIMMS, and a cheap $20 plug-and-play HQ Logitech keyboard.
...And the most important - a Crucial (Micron) P3 PCIE 3.0 1TB drive "legacy" drive for only $62 before tax, which is amazing for same day pickup off a shelf compared to Amazon / Newegg / Direct from Crucial (%10 off w/ free shipping.)
So overall a good experience for a custom PC builder in a pitch that can't post with Kingston (Micron) ECC 2Rx8 SDRAM... With excellent customer service even! Multiple employees exclaimed they didn't understand anything I was saying, but listened and responded politely with grace! - 5/5”
“In a word, "EASY". Friendly, knowledgeable, and they make bringing your computer back to life an easy process. I put my faith in them on more than one occasion and I have never been disappointed. The owner, Justin, he doesn't spend him a lot of time trying to upsell or waste your time with things you don't need. He focuses on what you do need which is to get your computer working. It's always been a good experience.”
“We love Kelley and Computer Whatever! We've been using their tech services for the last couple of years for our business, and have been nothing but happy with their service! “I have ordered Dell servers and parts for decades from Velocity and have always been happy with service and support! I am in Texas and they always ship in a timely fashion!”
“Accel has been our IT guys for many years. Howie has always been responsive, knowledgeable, and affordable. I recommend them for general IT, computer repair and VOIP systems.”
“I had quite the hard drive crash/failure a few weeks ago and brought it into multiple stores who told me flat out it was going to cost upwards of $2500-4500 to send out and try to retrieve data (with little explanation as to why). I brought it to Austin based on a friend's reco and he did a diagnostic - he was so kind and thoughtful in his explanation of what was wrong with the device so I actually understood the issue.Though the drive was truly beyond repair without sending it out to a company who could replace such intricate parts (heading toward the higher end of pricing), Austin tried everything he could to resolve or pull any possible data for me. This drive held some important files and in a stressful time period, he instilled a lot of trust and made me feel like he was looking out for me.I HIGHLY recommend Austin and will definitely be going to him for any future issues!”
“As a valued customer since 2006, I have had a positive experience with this location despite high interest rates and occasional late payments. While I have had to deal with aggressive collections calls from Tiffany, blocking her number has helped alleviate the issue( lol)Overall, I give this location a rating of 5 stars.”
“A Quick Stop at Best Buy: A Window-Shopping Adventure
I recently popped into my local Best Buy for a bit of tech browsing. While I didn't end up making a purchase this time, I still enjoyed the experience. The store was well-organized and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, ready to answer any questions.
It's always fascinating to see the latest gadgets and gizmos up close. From the sleekest smartphones to the most powerful gaming consoles, there's something for everyone. Though I didn't find anything that absolutely had to come home with me, it was a fun way to spend an afternoon.”
“I would like to give a shout out to Experimac and their employees! Fixed our iPad. Great, friendly service and super honest! Definitely will be back for future purchases.
And a sweet cat named Hela! ❤️”
