Man, I'm trying really hard to like this dealership as it's extremely hard to find a good one these days, but they are making it hard lately. Brought my 2011 RAM here a couple of times for some minor items, and things went well enough. Also, I was also really impressed how clean the shop is. Now, with my 2019 RAM, I stopped in to start some warranty work for my rear cracked window frame, and the service advisor didn't have a clue what he was doing. Reviewed the wrong window, didn't save ANY of my information, and didn't even know how to schedule appointments. Followed up a month later as I didn't hear back, and it turns out that SA is gone, there's no record of my stop, and the service manager doesn't seem to want to call me back even though multiple messages were left both by me and some of the staff. Disappointing.Guess I'll be trying a dealership closer to me from now on.

Tried to charge me a second diagnostic fee when the first fix didn't yeild results and then $200 to "program the [new] battery to the vehicle" because they didn't do the install. Two other places I called had never heard of this, one of whom was another Jeep dealer. When I talked to the service manager he told me that people want premium vehicles but get upset when they have to pay for premium repairs. They also charge double for an oil change as my other shops. I half expect that next time they're going to tell me it's $50/tire for premium air. I don't think I'll be back.

I bought my truck brand new here when I was trying to buy it. They were super nice super Cartist. Help you out to the fullest. But being that I'm having problems with my truck now. Every time to get my truck in, it takes over a month before they get to one. My truck went in for the front. Shocks are bad and the rear shocks are bad. The extended warranty I bought covers the front and rear shots. Their mechanic says the shocks are bad. Need to be replaced. The salesman says, oh, it is my tires service writer. I'm sorry, says it is my tires and no I need new shocks. My bag up camera doesn't work still. I didn't hit my bumper twice. Because my bag got camera doesn't work. Told them that oh, it's nothing wrong with it. So buy another vehicle from here again. No, because the service side it's not all that great. And I bought mines off the shore room floor and customized it with them.Wouldn't buy a vehicle again from there. Even if it was a hellcat no I would not buy it

I had an excellent experience purchasing my RAM 1500 from Mike Hannan. The whole process was pretty relaxed, we also had some great conversations about life. I give Mike a perfect score! I couldn’t have asked for a better sales rep. Everyone I dealt with that day was pretty awesome (Sales, Service, Finance, and Accessories). Also, enjoyed the conversation with the Finance Rep., she was very personable.I really like this dealership, even though it’s not very close to home, I’ll be using them for service.Thank you!Stephen

I just bought a 2024 Ram truck and I am very satisfied with the service and attention to detail they provided to me. The sales person was very helpful and attentive. He answer all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. The finance person, also was very helpful. There couple issues with my trade in tittle, but they were able to resolve and made possible to complete the transaction very smooth.Over all I'm very happy with the product and the service.

I had a great experience with the purchase of my new vehicle. Even though I changed my mind on the vehicle that I wanted my salesman Zack Anderson, listened and had to go through so much extra work and was still so nice, understanding and professional. Michael in financing was also outstanding. Even though I exchanged vehicles they jumped through hoops to make everything perfect. These people really care about their clients.

This dealership has to be the biggest rip off artists in town. We purchased an extended warranty for our Pacifica because during the sales process the "sales manager" tells customers that by doing so everything that goes wrong besides general maintenance will be covered. What you don't know is that the warranty is not from the dealership but from a 3rd party that denies most claims. Even with the warranty the service department charges you a $250 PER ITEM that you want to have looked at and should your warranty claim actually get paid there is a deductible. Ive never heard of a "warranty" of any kind having a deductible. It's a total scam. The "sales manager" flat out lies to customers right to their faces knowing full well that he is WAY overstating the warranty so he can tack on an extra $2700 to the final purchase price and you will never recoup anything without paying more when you do have problems because of the rip off deductibles and the per items fees. A simple free repair covered under warranty should not cost $750 or more. In effect it really is a way to ensure you come back for service to this dealership thinking you are covered but you end up paying for it anyway or they make it so difficult to get service you don't want to come back. Either way you don't get what you paid for so take my advice and don't ever purchase the warranty from the dealer. IT'S A TOTAL SCAM.

I love that I can watch my Jeep being serviced. Thankful for a last minute oil change when I asked for a same day appointment, all the other dealers couldn't get me in for 2 weeks or more. Great customer service, fast.

Needed a recliner lever for my Dodge Ram driver seat. Was quoted $45 for lever and $90 to install. Bought 2 levers on E-bay for $24 and installed myself in less than 2 minutes. Guys are crooks!!!

I recently stopped by to test drive a Jeep Gladiator and was approached by Christie a sales representative walking the lot. I was very interested in driving the Gladiator to which she announced that unless I was buying that day I wouldn't be allowed to take it for a test drive. I have to say that's the first time I've had a salesman turn down a potential sale because of their arrogance and ignorance, maybe she forgot she's in the sales business. Judging by the vast amount of vehicles on their lot this might be how all their salesmen treat customers.

I had the best experience ever with the most friendly people. Jake was thorough and listened to everything I said I was looking for and had a very comforting demeanor. Michael was a rockstar with financing while also being extremely pleasant and fun to work with. This was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. I had a great experience! My salesman didn’t pressure me at all and let me spend the time with the vehicle that I needed to have in order to make a buying decision. I will add that the dealership itself is also very clean and very pretty. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly and helpful, even today when I went back to pick something up. Great experience for sure!

Mike was a very good salesman. I felt like he genuinely had my best interest in mind. The finance person helped me find a very reasonable loan with a great warranty. I actually spent less money then I thought I would on a new Jeep!

Brought my jeep in for door lock repair. Not only did they waste a day ordering a part that was for the wrong kind of Jeep, but they could not repair the door locks without charging an additional $1000 surprise part because the tech was "not qualified" to actually do the necessary repair work.THEN, they broke my sun roof and claimed I broke it. It was working the day before I brought it in, then wasn't working when I got it back. The manager I talked to talked all around the issue and failed to take responsibility for breaking my sun roof.I wish I could put less stars than 1. NEVER go to this scam place! I should have checked all the other 1-star reviews before going.Dealt with Vince and Raelee. Vince was ok, but Raelee the manager was an outrageous B.
