HORRIBLE DO NOT GO!!!! First i booked my appointment then they sent my the wrong confirmation time which was only 15 minutes earlier and after that when i get there they tell me i can no longer go and can’t get in to another month when i already waited 2 MONTHS for the appointment, very disappointed will never being going back!

I had my first appointment today with Dr. Clark, and as a person with a history of eye issues I have seen my share of doctors. Dr. Clark is very personable, friendly and professional. He will give you his honest opinion without being pushy and he will take the time to explain things to you in a manner which is easy to understand. I came to him off of a recommendation, and I will also continue on that recommendation to others. The reception staff is also amazing. They are friendly and prompt and available for any questions without making you feel like you’re an idiot.

I have been going to Costco for more than ten years and have been working with Dr Clark and his staff. I can’t imagine going to another eyeware place for service. The staff is kind, courteous, efficient and detailed when it comes to customer service. Dr. Clark always have my back. He keeps me well informed of my eye issues, uses up to date technology and his advice is great. So on target that my vision issues have been kept to a minimum. Thank you to the team and Costco.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Clark since 2007, and he’s the best. Very thorough and a really nice guy. It’s a very warm and friendly clinic.

I’ve always been very happy with the care I receive from Dr. Clark at Costco Optical, and his very kind and thorough receptionists. Dr. Clark cares about his patients, he knows that the Optomap will diagnose various eye issues, like diabetes, glaucoma, retinal issues and even cancer. Gregory Clark , the optometrist, is the absolute worst. Super pushy and felt like he was a sales guy trying to upsell me. He would not take no for an answer when I declined to have my eyes dilated and have photos taken with the retinal camera. I told him no THREE times. I did not want to spend any additional money on either test. Each time he insisted that I have one of the services done. I felt so uncomfortable and even looked to his assistant for some help but she gave me a blank stare instead. I finally told him sure because I wanted to get my new prescription and out of his office as fast as I could. I will not be returning to Costco for my optometry needs and I advised others to go elsewhere.

Best experience I’ve ever had! Efficient and fast exam. This Doctor knows what he’s doing. I’m a Costco employee and couldn’t be happier! Highly recommended!

I won’t go anywhere else for my eyes. Dr. Clark and his receptionist girls are great. optical staff are helpful when I need glasses adjustments. also much cheaper prices than other places.

Was just trying to make an appointment for my daughter and the lady was rude and unprofessional for no reason. Talked down to me and and her tone sounded just annoyed.

I wasnt treated nor talked to like a customer. Change of attitude/demeanor/tone of voice when staff interacted with other customers compared to me was apparent. I was ignored by staff - nobody said "be right with you" or "it will be just a moment". Nothing other than "stand by red pole" was stated in a demanding tone. Meanwhile I watched other customers receive kind welcoming communication and treatment.I dropped off two pairs of frames to see if they could swap lenses. She never created a customer account or even checked for my account (I buy contact lenses here) she took the frames and my phone number. She called me later and was rude over the phone saying there wasn't anything they could do. I asked for an eye exam to get lenses that would fit into my frames and she transferred me to a vm. I didn't hear anything back so I went to pick up my frames before they got tossed.Today her treatment was the same - after standing by the red pole - once she was done with her customer she looked at me and looked away. Everyone else was busy - so she asked me from where she stood did he help you? I said no... I told her why I was there and she asked me for my phone number and I told her - she said do you have another number? I said you never took my information the first time... she handed me my Jimmy Choo frames from the cabinet.I thought I would leave this review instead of complaining to a manager. Curious if anyone else had received bad treatment here.

Visited on a Tuesday at 5-6pm: Everything was stocked! everything was clean! I thought they had a good variety of produce (helloooo spring) and I was able to pick up my miscellaneous staple items too. I usually get overwhelmed here on weekend trips, so maybe weekdays are the way to go? Also - I noticed they have fresh sushi makki rolls now. I'm not sure if that's a new thing or just a new to me thing, but I'll have to try some next time!
