Left a bag at the counter ran to the carAnd came back . Cashier just stood by andWatched the next person cherry pick the stuffI came back for not a minute later . THANKS overnight dude. If I wasn’t already on good terms with your coworker girl and BOSS I’d go elsewhere.I’ll just request a different cashier since u obviously don’t wantTo help me . - Ppl need to realize cubs taking huge losses . THATS why prices are higher at this store - to offset theft. Just ASK.

I ordered 500 pieces of chicken for a memorial service. Everyone was so amazing in helping with this order, especially Shari! The food was delicious. It was ready for pickup on time. They assisted us getting it to our vehicle. I couldn't of asked for more! Thank you, Cub! You were terrific during a hard time for our family.

I go here often when I'm in the area. The baked goods always has variety of goodness. I've never had a bad experience here. It's easy to find what you need/want.

Left a whole cart of groceries after being told I could not sign up in store or even on my phone for cub rewards, which was the reason behind many of my selections. Tried calling the store twice and hung up on without even talking to anyone both times

Customer service is always top notch. I have disability issues and have needed assistance with various things. The staff at the store on Northdale blvd. Have always been friendly as well as professional. Several times bending over backwards or going out of their way to help me. The only thing that I can think of that could be better is the handicap parking does not accommodate wheelchair vans as the spaces designated are too small making parking too tight for backloaders and impossible for sideloaders. So I must rate them 4 stars out of 5. However the prices at Cub is at least 25% more than at Walmart. This leaves me to shopping only at Walmart now.

I don’t understand how this store can price things nearly double the price as Cub on University or Riverdale. The prices are insane. Only reason I go here is for a few things as it’s close. No reason milk should be 4.99 a gallon or eggs 6.59 when at the other cubs they are 2 dollars cheaper. No reason to be throwing away all the meat they don’t sell either.

They lost a customer today. The guy at the meat counter is a total jerk. I asked a question to see if I could get chicken cut a certain way and he laughed in my face.I won't ever be back here. You can say no or something and still be kind.

The people, it makes a difference. Romelo was incredibly helpful and kind to my wife and I today when we needed some produce. You can’t beat a positive attitude!

Employees are quick to help find things. There is seldom much of a wait for checkout. There is a large selection.

Awful! You know it's bad enough that you're paying less staff and saving money on payroll and making us check ourselves out, but then the price goes up to ridiculous amounts. Then you only have 1 of the 4 self service registers open. My God all you have to do is count a drawer down and to lazy too do that. It's really sadI think everyone is backwards these days. It shouldn't be the consumer doing more and getting less. Businesses don't even try anymore customer service is a thing of the past. Shameful just embarrassing too be a American these days

This store is OK (avoid the bathrooms at all costs though, yikes!!)That said, I can't really bring myself to shop here anymore. I'm not sure what's going on at Cub corporate, but they seem to be pricing their merchandise as if there is no other place in town to buy groceries. You can't sell Progresso Soup at $3.29 a can when Target a mile down the road sells it for $2.29 a can. Same with the Kid's Choice bread my kids like, $4.29 a loaf. It'll go on sale now and then for $3.49. It's $2.99 at Target every day. 8 ounces of Kraft Parmesan Cheese, $6.29. It's $4.39 at Target.I could go on and on, but why bother? The simple fact is this place is drastically overpriced compared to any other place in town. It's higher priced than Hy-Vee on everything listed here which is a stunningly gorgeous store.I just don't get it. This is Cub Foods, not Lund's, not Whole Foods. With prices the way they're going and new stores like Hy-Vee moving in, I don't see a future for Supervalu/Cub for many more years the way they're currently going.Be more competitive, or disappear.

I see so many negative reviews. Personally, I've never had an issue here. I will agree with a previous post, the bathrooms are dirty all the time.
