I was just in there and the way the manager was just talking down to an elder lady employee about how to do the new online order stuff was horrible.. the employee had some issue with using the system and the manager was just harping at her about how it's not hard at all she doesn't understand why she isn't getting it... that isn't how you treat your employees

Price discounts are not the same as the website. When I pointed this out to the guy he crabbed at me saying that he wouldn't give me the price on the website because they're all different or some such nonsense. Buyer beware I guess. I'm never coming back here again.

2 days after purchase, who keeps receipts for groceries? I don’t know how much produce I’ve thrown away Cub Foods produce a day or 2 after bringing it home. Probably $100’s over the last year.

Clerk was rude from the very beginning for absolutely no reason at all. Then made me go back out to my car for an ID even though I am very obviously of age to buy. Then when she had it she scanned my license. Why in America are they doing that? Nothing like patronizing a business only to be treated like some kind of a criminal. It’s no wonder she was so rude if her job is to treat people that way. Never, ever again. I hate my cub.

Yup. Bought my alcohol here no problem. And they scanned my ID without having to look at it to determine what my age was so it went very fast.

I love Cub wine & Spirits! I moved to this area recently and I was happy to find one here as well. They have great selection of wine. You get a discount every time you buy 6 bottles at the same time.

Friendly and helpful staff. My only disappointment is that it shows online that you can pre-order for curbside pickup and I even called to confirm that was indeed possible and was told it was... if that's true, it must be a hidden feature as I could not find a way to do so. Unfortunate.

Got a new house starter kit and had no idea what to get. He helped me curate a 5-7 bottle box, that had the recipient jumping for joy and raving about my liquor knowledge. But nope it was all the employee I had absolutely no idea.
