I usually rate people 5 stars but this pharmacy has too many people working the cash register and only one computer. Like if there are 4 of you why are you all looking at each other. Plus very nice toward certain race than others.

Hadn’t had issues in years past, but this year there has been about 5 occasions when they were not able to find staff (closed) during regular business hours will be moving my business

I am highly disappointed by this pharmacy. All within a year's time (2023-2024) they have decided to go from good service, good hours open, and friendly staff to poor staff that cannot understand you, to horrible hours they are open, and only M- F, no weekends. They have forced me to change locations where I pick up my medications from now! I do not recommend going to this location unless they improve!!!

I don’t know what has changed but this pharmacy has gone way downhill in the last year or so. They almost always have long wait times, very slow staff and are closed (without warning) at random hours even though the website says they are open. Also, now they’re closed on Saturday’s and Sunday’s (with no warning).
We’ve been trying to wait it out for things to improve but it’s become so bad that we have to change pharmacies.

This cvs in Target has been closed a day here and a day there for the last 5 weeks. That is ridiculous as people need their meds. Find a couple pharmacists that will stay at that store!
If it keeps closing a day or two each week, people will stop filling them at this location.

This pharmacy rarely answers the phone.
CVS attempts to force customers to use their automated system or pushes them to their website/app rather than interacting with customers who have questions these systems can't answer.
I sat on hold for a full hour during open business hours and ended up driving to the pharmacy while still on hold because they refuse to answer the phone. No one can explain why they refuse to answer a call that has been on hold for an entire hour.

They denied that my doctor had called in an authorization for refills. I asked if the refill could be at another CVS Target store in the area. They appeared to check this and said no, it hadn't. Due to the difficulty in getting the refill at this particular store, I asked that my doctor call it in to Walgreens instead. When I arrived at Walgreens, they said my insurance wouldn't authorize an additional month's refill. Why? BECAUSE THE FIRST REFILL WAS SITTING AT CVS TARGET. It seems they are holding my refills hostage and it's cost me a lot of time and gas chasing down a script that I need every month. The dispassionate pharmacy tech didn't really care, either.

Received both my flu and Covid vaccines, I decided to get a vaccine at CVS because they were the only one offering Pfizer which I’ve already received for previous Covid vaccines! Stick to what you’ve tolerated in the past! Thanks CVS

Refill line meds are dead last on the priority list. 2-3 days is not enough time...they fill them when you come to pick them up (they need 10-15 minutes beyond the 2-3 days).

I am actually able to find staff in this pharmacy if I need them, so that's a good sign. Employees in most of these stores just sit around talking or you can't ever find them when you need them.
