The pharmacy at this location is extremely understaffed and/or overburdened and NEVER has prescriptions ready on time. Like Penny E. above, I started going to this pharmacy because my insurance required me to go to CVS and also because it is right on my way home from work. However, it is typical for me to call in a routine prescription refill one day, select a pickup time for the next day--which is confirmed by their phone-in order system--and my prescription still isn't ready for pickup FIVE DAYS LATER! Once when this happened, I even called from work at 10:00 a.m. and spoke personally to a staff person who assured me my prescription would be ready by 3:00 p.m. when I stopped by on my way home to pick it up. When I pulled up to the drive-through, my prescription was STILL not ready five hours later. They said, "give us 15 minutes...." NO! I called it in four days before that and I am not about to wait 15 minutes once I get there. It seems no matter how early you call in a prescription, they wait until you show up to even start filling it. I even complained about this to the CVS customer service line and was contacted by the manager of the store who told me they were working on ways to improve the pharmacy services. This was several weeks ago, and I am still waiting (going on day 5) for my current refill. Please do not patronize this CVS location if you need a prescription filled. They cannot handle it. Please read the review from Jeri T. in the "unrecommended" reviews as well. She is spot on.

This CVS is the worst and I wish I could go to another pharmacy but I can not because the insurance I have only go's to CVS. I'm always put on hold and I swear they know who is calling and when they answer it is always a rude voice and when the Doctor makes a mistake it is my job to call the clinic or other wise I have to wait a couple of days for this pharmacy to get the prescription because they never send my doctor any messages when they said they did and I call the clinic and get told this CVS pharmacy never sent a message to your Diabetic Doctor. So I can not do my insulin with out my testing strips and lancets. This is not anything you can forget and plan on filling it when you want. Plus they can not call you with concerns they tell you when you show up to try to pick up. Thanks you could not call me because you want to see me waste gas when I could of saved me a trip. I really wish I could give this pharmacy no star.

Called to check if a prescription was ready comma was told 20 minutes. Went three hours later to pick up my prescription and was told they didn't have any insurance on file. The prescription was ready, I called my husband to get the insurance information and was told to move out of line. I left and called the pharmacy with the insurance information only to be told it would be another 20 minutes. They need to improve their customer service. People don't have 30 plus minutes to sit around and wait.

Never a sells rep ,never can find something I'm looking for because they don't sell it like DVD they don't sell them they don't sell cigarettes there pharmacy closes at 6pm the store closes at 9 atmosphere is dull you never see more than two made three patrons on any given day
