Was just in the store, didn't catch the managers name (he's a heavyset African American guy),he was apparently off the clock but was still available to help Desi the cashier out with a transaction involving EBT that she was struggling with like a proper team lead would do... Until he realized he didn't know what to do on the register either and then he felt the need to talk down on EBT recipients in front of a rather lengthy line of customers with unknown methods of payment, also he stated how he had complained about even taking EBT at all and wishes "Dollar General would stop allowing EBT". So unprofessional and tacky. Customer service/retail/retail management are all requiring communication with customers and being mindful of your on the floor presence, none of that was present.

Just watched a guy walk out with a ton of merchandise without paying.
Discounts displayed in the ad did not work correctly on my receipt. Manager on duty couldn't understand the math involved to fix it and insisted they were right. I ended up returning it all.
Will shop at other Dollar General stores instead of this one.

Was very impressed by the cleanliness and overall layout of the store. One of the nicest DG’s I’ve seen! Customer service was super friendly and helpful as well!

So many changes since last year and the management has gotten a lot better and the store has gotten much more organization done. I can’t complain! Definitely will be coming back! Great convenient Neighborhood store.

Was nice management sucks never any employees around. Bought a few things lunch meat was expired got very very sick from it. Milk is expired poor management.

I never saw an employee on my last visit. There is no wifi and cell service has no bars inside the store. This makes the app and digital coupons unusable. This issue has been going on since opening.I had to check myself out. I set off the alarms on the way out, I waited and no one came. I didn't realize until I got home that I have a security tag attached to an item rendering it useless.I'd go back for help, but I doubt anyone would be there to help.Don't waste your time at this place.

It is a self checkout process. Not being used to their system, I had minor problems. The young male clerk there did not hesitate to bless me with good customer service. So glad to have been shown kindness! I will be going back.

If you're not going to Dollar General, you're missing out huge if you watch their weekly ads and you get a list together weekly especially if you drink pop I'm telling you right now. Your savings are incredible but you have to do the digital clipping on your phone on the app jesus can be download the app start working on the work. You are digital coupons and watch your savings. Everything is so cheap there. I can't believe it if I go to target it's always double at least double when I pick up at the same exact stuff at Dollar General so give it a try. Make sure you use the app and pre-clicked before you get to the store. I clicked on the story and if I see something I want that I didn't keep your coupon clipper in the stanchion but anyway, Dollar General is the new thing been there give it a try.

This store is nicer than a lot of places I have been. But now closed temporary, and in Google still said open?!! Why the headquarter did not do anything about communication???
