“If you're not going to Dollar General, you're missing out huge if you watch their weekly ads and you get a list together weekly especially if you drink pop I'm telling you right now. Your savings are incredible but you have to do the digital clipping on your phone on the app jesus can be download the app start working on the work. You are digital coupons and watch your savings. Everything is so cheap there. I can't believe it if I go to target it's always double at least double when I pick up at the same exact stuff at Dollar General so give it a try. Make sure you use the app and pre-clicked before you get to the store. I clicked on the story and if I see something I want that I didn't keep your coupon clipper in the stanchion but anyway, Dollar General is the new thing been there give it a try.”

“So I had never been to a dollar general before I started going to this one about a month ago....AMAZING! LOVE THE DOLLAR SECTION! Great prices on PET FOOD too. I had no idea it was gunna be as big as it is on the inside! Like warehouse big. My self control ghosts me the second I walk in now, so just be careful. DONT WANDER.If I get to the wandering.... Im done for. Forget the $25 limit I stupidly try giving myself before entering the store. And every employee who works here is great. ANTOINETTE is like mini injections of dopamine directly into the neurons of my brain everytime I see her. Her energy is so great and super contagious. I know I'm not the only one she has this effect on either because the lady in front of me in line today was laughing with her. They laughed without me.... When she rang me up I fumbled around my purse pretending to look for my cash (knowing right where it was, of course) just to talk to her a little longer so we could laugh. Antoinette is a day brightener and DollarGeneral is super lucky to have such a great person on their team. Good store, great employees...5 star experience for me everytime thus far.”

“This is one of the best locations. Shelves are always fully stocked. The store is clean and organized. Lines aren’t freakishly long. Usually has adequate amount of cashiers. Was surprised they closed at 6pm rather than 10pm the evening I was there. Cashier said it was because someone had called off so I suppose they need to hire more people or people who like their job enough not to cause such a thing. I imagine that’s a decent loss for the store. Anyway my cashier, I don’t remember his name I wish I did, was SO nice and friendly. We had a ton of stuff so we had a few minutes to chat and he was just super pleasant and friendly.”

“I always come to this area in this little city with a nice friendly downtown. I never stopped at this general store. So I decided today just to come and visit. I walked around both few things. Prices are correct. Plenty of parking outside. It wasn't crowded at 1 PM on Friday. One or two employees at the front desk. For One of the employees the mask kept coming off her nose.Replace was relatively clean and well organized.”
“Let's face it. Sometimes in life, you ruin into situations where you stumble across the need for something. It's not just a want, like "hey that would be pretty cool to have", but a necessity like getting midway through using facilities only to see there's no more TP! I've no shame in saying that money for me is incredibly tight these days. I've got bills, responsibilities, car issues bubbling up (with 233k miles it's inevitable... Ugh FML), and stretching my paycheck is getting harder and harder. Dollar Tree to the rescue!Tonight I ran into my bathroom sink going from a slow drain to a full blown clog. I tried using a wire to dislodge whatever the block was, no go. I grabbed the plunger and did all a man (or lady, no discrimination from this fella) could do but to no avail. I've got a heck of a week building up and I've not the time or coin to let this figure itself out. I've definitely used liquid clug removers before with good results but that stuff is spendy and until I get paid, not something I can afford. At 41, that last sentence absolutely crushes me and intelligence or laziness has nothing to do with it. Back on topic, what's a guy to do? That's when I remembered the Dollar Tree. I've bought laundry soap and other cleaning supplies from there in the past and have been pretty pleased with results but drain cleaner? Only way to find out was to get to it. I ran to my closest location and grabbed two 32oz Mr Plumber drain opener and a few random things on my way to check out. For just over 5 bones I was willing to take the chance. I poured a little over half of one bottle into my drain and let it sit for approx an hour. To my suprise I came back to the standing water having been drained. I ran the hot water for a few minutes and sure as you know it, the clog was no more!Now I know theres limits to this product and what Dollar Tree can offer but for me, tonight, it was my saving grace. In these difficult days, having access to a store where you can get something for bottom dollar is invaluable. I appreciate what places like this bring to the table and have no shame in utilizing it. Thanks Dollar Tree. I'll see you much sooner than later as I need some freakin clothes hangers.”
“Dollar Tree is evolving with a bigger selection than it used to have. My 15 & 16 yr old Nieces really like the $3-$5 section they've added. Everything for a teens bedroom from fuzzy pillows & funky lights to phone chargers. Had to stocked up on Spring Rolls while at the Anoka store bc the Monticello store was out of them & staff didn't have a clue as to when they're going to restock ?.”
“I came all the way from St. Louis Park just to shop at THIS Dollar Tree. Tammy, the new manager (pretty black lady) has that store LOOKING GOOD AND WELL STOCKED!! She even came and got me out of another line to ring me up!! That’s NEVER happened at the St. Louis Park location. This location use to be the worst. Always messy and empty. Good job hiring her and the other ladies!!”

“Pictures taken before Easter, 4/6/23. I love this Crystal location store, because it's close to me. I've never had an issue with cashiers, as other reviewers have mentioned. It doesn't bother me if they forget to say thank you, or "welcome to Dollar Tree". I know they are hard working and have a semi truck to unload AND they have to cashier, before they go home at night; I'll always give them grace! Today when I went, a mgr woman jumped on cashiering when she saw a long line. Sure, the shelves had a lot of products on them, but meh, is that the clientele /customers, or is that the workers, who don't have time to put things back unless there aren't any customers? Please give these folks (employees) a break. They are generally lower paid /higher stressed jobs.”

“Every dollar tree offers different items. You have to know your prices to know if you're getting the best price on items. Overall, the store is a nice place to shop. It's a great place to pick up birthday bags, plates, cups, napkins, tablecloths, balloons and birthday cards.”

“The girl helping us was really nice, although they didn't have what we were looking for.Then when she rang us up, she wouldn't take a five dollar bill because it was "counterfeit." I got it from a bank... I doubt it's fake. I gave her a different bill. I woulda been a bit miff'd if I didn't have a different way to pay.It's important that you get these things right. Better safe than sorry only sorta applies. When you accuse a customer of bringing in counterfeit money, you are making a personal judgement on that person. They will take it personally. You've got to be sure. If you're not, call a manager over.”
“It is located in a central area. Cashier was very nice and helpful. Some of the shelves weren't restocked but we went on a Sunday. This store has the $3.00 and $5.00 isle. Plenty of parking.”
“This is quite likely the best stocked, cleanest, most well organized Dollar Tree I've been to. Easy parking, plenty of carts or baskets available in the store, and the merchandise is well organized and barely any empty spaces on the shelves. Kudos to the employees and management!! This will be my go-to location going forward, even though it is a bit further from my home!”

“5 Stars because they are the ONLY Dollar Tree within a 50 mile radius of Monticello, Mn that had these Spring Rolls in stock, I know this bc I've called every store. Ever since these Spring Rolls went viral on TikTok, Dollar Tree's haven't been getting their orders filled by the distributor - Have these Spring Rolls gone extinct from the Dollar Tree? I have a sneaky suspicion, now that they got some publicity & popularity I bet they will discontinue @ the Dollar Tree where they sell for $1.25 and start selling at higher priced stores like Cub/Walmart/Target, so they can jack that price up ~ Idk anything for sure, I'm only making assumptions & this is why we purchased every last Spring Rolls they had left - ALL 16! Just a lil' Food For Thought For Y'all.”
