I have rented a bunch of times from enterprise, but this one was a bad experience. I rented a full-size sedan, and they gave me a dodge charger, which was nice. However, the car was dirty af and it was smoked into by the last person. All I could smell was Marijuana which I am allergic to, and the windshield had so many streaks on it that I could barely see anything while I was driving. They were able to swap the vehicle the next day with a Chevy malibu, and it is still dirty. The gas is not filled up all the way. Horrible location to rent from.

I never had any problems with enterprise. But this particular day was awful. Maybe it was the person or maybe it was me. The vehicle that was dropped off to me was not up to part. I wouldn’t have let anyone drive that vehicle, least alone rent to customer. I thought the tire was going to fall off. Sometimes in life we only get one shot, there’s no do overs. Not sure what happened that day, but owning up to the problem and accepting responsibility would’ve been a plus. The only reason they got a 2 was because I was able to swap car next day.

The service department is the worst service I have experienced. Zach was my advisor and did not take care of his client . Talked with many people at this place and nobody knows what is going on . Black label is not worth it at Morries !! Horrible experience. Don’t buy here they are incompetent.

I rented a car for two days. On the first day, I noticed a terrible smell while driving. The next day, I requested a different car, and Avvy was very friendly and handled the process quickly. However, I was disappointed because I wanted a luxury sedan, but the only cars available were a Jeep on the first day and a Toyota SUV on the second day. The Jeep had a very strong odor, and the Toyota made a lot of wind noise while driving. Despite these issues, the excellent service means I will definitely use this place again in the future.

They gave me a car with expired tabs . I didn’t notice until the next morning . I called Chris at enterprise rental and he said the tabs are in transit and it’s hard to give me another car to drive . He said most of the cars have expired tabs on them . I had to show up to the rental place then they agreed to give me a street legal car to drive .

wouldn't even give them a one star but i had no option to go lower. i was all set up to get a rental that was authorized by progressive to upgrade me to a vehicle of similar to my car that was rear-ended. enterprise told me that i had to pay 8.50 plus taxes and fees that progressive would not pay (again, this was authorized). Needless to say, i could not get a hold of anyone at progressive at 330 on a friday afternoon. AND not to mention i took off work early to drop my vehicle off at the collision center and pick up my rental. NO rental, i refused to pay the excess costs and they had NO other vehicle whatsoever to offer me. Had to drive my damaged car back home again. I have to go thru this company because i don't have a choice but if i ever need to rent a car in the future, i will never go thru enterprise. There is no room reasoning with them. I even confirmed with them and the insurance company prior to going. To top it off, they were late in delivering. I think they are just tryng to scam people out of extra money for their own pockets. I am now going to go to their corporate office.

Really disappointing experience. I received a Lincoln MKZ and used it for a few days until it broke down on my way to work. In the middle of the street. Barely got it out of the way of traffic in the middle of rush hour. Had my own insurance company tow it back to this same location (which was over 20 miles away). Then I called enterprise and let them know what happened but unfortunately received no compensation of any sort. In fact I was told the case was “closed” so they could do nothing for me. I still needed a rental car so ended up having to go elsewhere to rent one on my own personal expense. Very disappointed and surprised as my prior experiences with other enterprise locations have not been like this.

Disappointing. Had to get a rental from here while a car was being repaired, and that went fine, albeit not being the most organized or timely as far as the rental readiness goes.
Low rating is because the rental was involved in a hit-and-run while I had it - police identified the other party and were able to get their insurance info. I supplied this information and the police report to this branch, following up several times to ensure everything was taken care of. Fast forward a month and I’m now being hounded by Enterprise’s damage recovery unit, who told me this location had entered a claim but failed to attach any of the relevant info, including the police report or the other party’s insurance policy, resulting in my name being the only thing on the claim. This mistake/carelessness will cost me several hours of time to sort out and is a reflection of the poor oversight at this location.

Staff are friendly, professional and work with you on insurance issues, pricing and variable return/pick up dates. I have rented from this location several times for work and pleasure and will continue to do so.

I recently booked through Enterprise Car Rental for my 9 days road trip. It was an awesome experience. The staff was very helpful and efficient. The vehicle assigned to me was a 2023 Sonata with loaded features. I loved driving this Sonta. I would definitely recommend Enterprise Car Rental. Their insurance rates are lower than competitors. I will definitely use Enterprise in future also.
