I recently booked through Enterprise Car Rental for my 9 days road trip. It was an awesome experience. The staff was very helpful and efficient. The vehicle assigned to me was a 2023 Sonata with loaded features. I loved driving this Sonta. I would definitely recommend Enterprise Car Rental. Their insurance rates are lower than competitors. I will definitely use Enterprise in future also.

Honestly, I had the best experience ever. In the negativity and chaos of our world today I didn't think simple or positive experiences really existed anymore. But they do. From making the reservation to the next day of my after hours drop off everything went so much better than I expected. The customer service I received both on the phone and in person at this location were 10/10. I will definitely rent from here going forward. Great job Enterprise Coon Rapids.

I was visiting from NJ , car rental place at the airport gave me trouble. I went here and I wish I got the gentleman’s name who helped me but they assisted and got me in a car fast and I cannot thank them enough. Maybe they guy who helped will remember me based on the first part so the proper person can get recognition. 10/10

Really disappointing experience. I received a Lincoln MKZ and used it for a few days until it broke down on my way to work. In the middle of the street. Barely got it out of the way of traffic in the middle of rush hour. Had my own insurance company tow it back to this same location (which was over 20 miles away). Then I called enterprise and let them know what happened but unfortunately received no compensation of any sort. In fact I was told the case was “closed” so they could do nothing for me. I still needed a rental car so ended up having to go elsewhere to rent one on my own personal expense. Very disappointed and surprised as my prior experiences with other enterprise locations have not been like this.

Requested a 'your pick' car and was alarmed that they had chosen a pick up vehicle. Having turned that down we were left with no option but to upgrade. Think this was a bit of a con trick. Enjoyed driving the alternative vehicle, a Jeep. Would ensure what vehicle they allocate on future trips

App makes it super easy. I selected for them to choose. They had one vehicle picked out. Made me aware of the other options without it being a forceful upsell. In and out with pick up and drop off.

I reserved a full size car at the beginning of April and picked it up today. I had to return it due to a load rumbling sound coming from one of the rear wheels. They replaced it with a small SUV as they didn't have any other cars on hand and couldn't get one before Friday. I could upgrade for more money but that isn't the point. A small SUV is not as smooth riding as a full size car. How is it that they cannot get another car from another Enterprise location? This poor customer service, I own a small business and if I conducted things this way I would be out of business quickly. I likely will not be back.

The coon rapids Enterprise team went above and beyond in catering to my needs both with renting the car and my early return of the vehicle. they even went so far as to help me transfer the items I had left behind into my new vehicle! Thanks team, keep up the good work

I was recently rear ended by a driver and was given a rental while my truck was repaired. The repair took a long time due to many delays on parts and the insurance agency paying for the repairs told Enterprise that they need to start collecting rental fee's from the shop.Michael Vezies who is the manager at this location then instead of charging the body shop then started calling me and harassing me stating I need to pay them now otherwise he is going to confiscate my rental. I am a disabled vet and have never been treated so poorly from a company in my life (Google shows this is not the first time he has done this to costumers).I informed him of what he already knew that he needs to collect from the shop and insurance paying for the costs and not the victim in the situation and he proceeded to treat me like I was a criminal and saying he will send this to collections then and the next day sent me a bill for the rental.I now see why Yelp has them at 1.5 stars because this was the worst customer satisfaction I have ever experienced in my life. I now have to pay out of my own packet for the rental when I was the victim in the situation and further action is being taken.Go do a different rental shop if you have the chance. I would hate for someone else to be treated this way.
