Manager on duty super rude, super slow and very off putting. She treated the associates horribly. She went to grab change for 100 told another associate “watch her” referring to young lady ringing us out and shuffled her feet taking as long as possible. Upon returning she then said move to the other associate. Then proceeded to load the drawer then hover over the cashier just straight ride and unprofessional. I really hope that wasn’t the store manager because as a store manager myself her behavior was completely unacceptable. There are also a young group of associates that match the rudeness of said manager. They need to replace just about everyone and start over because that whole experience was insulting and ridiculous.

My 8 year old , who is autistic child asked the cashier her name last night and the cashier yelled at him. She was not wearing a name tag and he was trying to be friendly . If a child talking to her whole she’s checking out 4 items stresses her out where she needs to yell at children , don’t work there . I am beyond disgusted, will not spend money there again, and have spread my experience across the special needs community that 5 below allows their employees to yell at autistic kids. I have been a retail store manager for multi million dollar stores, I would never allow an employee of mine to speak like that. Oh and she finally did say her name is Paige. Congrats Paige, you’re a bully to an 8 year old autistic kid!

The store is always clean. Employees are always nice. The manager seems like a good dude. I come here often to buy wireless earbuds because I'm always losing mine.
