Despite my frustrations, he demonstrated remarkable patience and went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were addressed. It's a rarity to encounter a manager who not only defends their company but also understands and resolves customer issues. Clean store. Gamestop policy aside, this store will not match online pricing in store. Order online and pickup for sales.

Purchased an xbox here and the customer service was pretty bad. The xbox had a broken controller in the box when I checked. And he got upset and he replaced the part with a different colored part so it didn't match. Wont be going back to this location.

I had a really good experience at GameStop with this past weekend. The staff were very polite and were able to help me when I needed help finding something. I definitely recommend this location.

Tried calling a few times and was placed on an involuntary hold upon answer every time, went to the store and they had closed several hours early with no sign on the door as to why, just locked up.

I live in Oklahoma and was trying to purchase a ps5 for my son for Christmas. I also needed a family member to pick it up. Every time I called and asked questions they were always nice and helpful. They didn't rush to get me off the phone or anything. We all know this time of year is busy and not always do we get nice people that we either have to wait on or service. But they were VERY NICE every time I called. Even when my daughter went to oick it up they were busy but never gave the feeling they didn't care or they were too busy to help. THANK YOU for ALL your guys help.

The "manager" refused my business. I went to purchase nba2k23 and would receive 40% back on my trade in if I pre-ordered a game with a minimum of $5 down. I would get an extra $10 basically for the extra 40%. As we were going through the transaction I asked what happens if I cancel the pre order and he said I would get my money back but refused to help me because I was scamming the store. So apparently their programs and how they run them makes me a scammer

We just purchased around $600 worth of items from your store and the man who helped us was named Andrew . He was the BEST associate possible and was extremely helpful . He was so knowledgeable about all the products and answered all the questions we had . THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE AND EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH . He was the only reason we spent so much as he was so persuasive with all the products , but also very respectful when we weren’t interested in one . Best service ever !!!!

closed the store 5 min early then came out and was very rude will never go to this location ever again please have a talk with him told me if i wanted to come in i would have to fill out an application to come work here to keep them open until there time they are open till

Horrible customer service!I was there just now walked on the cashier ringing up someone when I got in line I was up next then instead of helping me out the started a conversation with a guy picking out a game for his son (totally okay) by these time two white women walked in and as i was waiting to pay this guy (cashier) has the audacity to ask one of the woman if she needed help (before helping me out) to what the woman replied just purchasing a gift card then he looked at me and said well I'm going to help her out first it will be quick dude I've been waiting!!! Just to pay my game nothing complicated.Complete Discrimination ! Just because I'm a male Latino I was completely ingnored

Staff went above and beyond to help me find a game and even though we couldn't track down a copy anywhere in the cities I still feel good about the experience. He was very helpful.
