Geek squad doesn't do squat

Z, one of the managers and Brian along with a few other fellas at this location were absolutely wonderful to work with. I'd gotten a new work computer and not 3 months later the operating system crashed. Then when I got it back the camera stopped working. Tech is what it is, but the guys at this locations Geek Squad were very professional, listened to the issues and at the end of the day all was taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you, guys for doing a great job!

You call their number and it sends you to an answering service to set a time and location to bring in your problem product. It's not for someone looking to bring a device to be immediately looked into.

This location sucks. Waited for geek squad for maybe 5 minutes for a replacement screen protector. Other locals Geek Squad always handled it. Tells me to talk to a Blue Shirt. Go to phone section Blue Shirt walks away as I walk over. Wait almost ten minutes at the desk and no one comes. Meanwhile four employees are just chilling at the doors chatting the entire time.

Great service from Brian today (8/22/24) . I tried to do an IG trick, which lead being a bigger issue on my iPhone than I anticipated. Thankfully Brian was able to fix the issue with kindness, professionalism and friendliness in a timely manner. This made my day!

brought in my laptop with a failing hard drive. didn't have high hopes for a repair, just hoping to save a few things. they were able to transfer the entire drive to a better ssd hard drive and install it in my laptop for very little cost. saved me from buying a new computer. great communication and service, and far exceeded expectations.

Drove 30 mins to get my laptop fixed, they said I need an appt. No one else was there, I couldn't leave my laptop with you???I'll go somewhere else.

Drive 90 minutes for an appointment with the geek squad. Computer was fixed. Drove another 90 minutes home. Turned on computer and found none of the modifications done at the store.
Attempted to call the geek squad and chat with the associate who repaired my computer. It was IMPOSSIBLE to talk with anyone at the store. Very disappointed with the service.

I had to get my keyboard replaced it was defective! They were professional and helped me out and they gave me a new keyboard.

Friendly in store. Macbook sent out, was given $$$ quote. When I asked what was being done for that they said, fix the computer. Had it sent back
