Drove 30 mins to get my laptop fixed, they said I need an appt. No one else was there, I couldn't leave my laptop with you???I'll go somewhere else.

I had to get my keyboard replaced it was defective! They were professional and helped me out and they gave me a new keyboard.

Drive 90 minutes for an appointment with the geek squad. Computer was fixed. Drove another 90 minutes home. Turned on computer and found none of the modifications done at the store.Attempted to call the geek squad and chat with the associate who repaired my computer. It was IMPOSSIBLE to talk with anyone at the store. Very disappointed with the service.

Don’t use unless you want your time wasted. We waited in line for 20 minutes and not greeted once. We had to go behind the partition and ask for help only to be told we needed an appointment as they didn’t have time to even check us in. Meanwhile 4 employees were wandering around doing nothing.

I have just wasted 15 minutes of my life waiting for a human being to pick up the other end of the line. Are you kidding me???!!!! Nobody had eight seconds to pick up the phone and let me know it will be a while. I will take my business elsewhere!! It’s obvious you do not want it there!! Customer service is getting harder and harder to find!

Worse delivery/installation experience. Future customers call and check before your delivery date to make sure everything is set and you’ll actually get your product. Got a call 10 mins before delivery guy gets here stating he will be here to ONLY deliver fridge (which was late already in the first place ) as his partner got hurt on the job LAST WEEK... you’d think knowing they are down one guy they would have planned a head needing back up for this weeks deliveries. I dropped off my computer to be repaired. I received the automated voicemail letting me know that my computer was repaired and ready to pick up. When I got to the store, the Geek Squad agent told me that I should have been called because my computer would need to be sent away to be repaired and it was probably time for a new computer. No apology for not calling. I bought a new computer and long story short, when I went to my appointment to pick it up, the store’s Internet was down so they could not complete the work. Did they call to let me know that was the case? That would be a big “no!“ Did they apologize? Again – another “no.“ I asked them to call me when the Internet was up so that I could go back. Did they call? I guess you know the answer to that. Really poor service all the way around.
