Came in for a layered haircut, bangs to the side… Mind you, I like my bangs to be one
Side.
I explained That I wanted my hair to be layered yet to still be put in a ponytail, and being able to tuck it behind my ears.
When she cut my bangs, my right side of my bangs are way shorter than my left side not what I wanted… My first layer doesn’t even come close to my ponytail nor does my second or third. It was like chop chop chop and chop not layered, and I cannot put it behind my ears, and I cannot put all of it in my pony without half of it flying all over the place. I feel like I look like an idiot with my new haircut and I’m really embarrassed to go out in public. The sad part is I came to get this haircut to go to a celebration with my family in Aberdeen, South Dakota and I feel like I don’t even wanna go. I’m embarrassed by my haircut.
Go somewhere else unless you’re a man it seems like the only haircut they can do here is men’s hair.

Was at Great Clips Village 10 two days ago for a hair cut. Miki gave me a wonderful cut. She was very friendly and really knew what she was doing. She is usually at Otsego but was filling in on Sunday. Thank you Miki for a great cut.

Wish I could give a 0. Horrible customer service. They mentioned their lack of experience AFTER my haircut. Left as an unhappy customer. I wish I can get a refund 😡😡😡😡😡!!!! Don’t go here. Don’t recommend.

Online check-in makes wait time minimal. Stylists are always nice and give exactly the cut requested. Very skilled and knowledgeable. Great with kids, even the wiggly ones.

I'll never come back after my last experience. I wasn't even in salon 10mins for a haircut, she was in such a hurry took cape off, I had to ask if she did texture cut said nope will now put cape back on to finish then done in seconds. When I arrived home my hair in front was 3inches longer on left side than the back, right side was a inch shorter than the left and 1in longer than back. I tried to call the salon nobody would answer They actually had it so that you couldn't call it said the Verizon customer is not available, so I drove back up there and walked in and they were already counting out the till and the store wasn't even closed still 20 minutes before closing told her that my hair was completely uneven she tried to tell me it was because I didn't face frame that had absolutely nothing to do with the front of my hair being inches longer than the back and the front right and the left not being even, I apologized and said can we just fix it, she said no problem she agreed to fix it which she also hurried but she fixed it and I thought everything was okay. Because I have had her cut my hair before and never had a problem, was never hurried like this she also used to cut my dad's hair who has now passed away who she talked about as past and in present tense that she couldn't wait for him to come in for another haircut knowing he's deceased, I let that slide told her that my mom would be coming in the next day to get her haircut and my sister was bringing her Go to the next day My mom goes to get her haircut the other woman cut her hair but the one that cut my hair harassed my sister because she thought it was me which is not okay then my mother who has vision troubles and is a double partial foot amputee and has a walker asked my sister to come and help her get out of the chair and make sure that her hair was even The lady who cut my mother's hair shoved a mirror in her face and said I gave you a mirror you can't see which my mother told her no I can't then she proceeded to get even ruder shoving the mirror in her face again saying you have glasses and you still can't see, to which my mother told her again no I can't and I also need help getting out of the chair to my walker and I wanted to make sure my hair was even because my daughter was here yesterday and had an issue you fixed it but I wanted to make sure that mine was okay They then proceeded to tell my mom that it was my fault that I didn't understand my haircut and be extremely rude to her and my sister. I've looked into who actually owns this location and will contact as well, because they should know what horrible behavior is happening in their Business to disabled senior citizens. Also telling customers your closed when you're hours posted say otherwise isn't going to make you money, which I watched the 2 tell an elderly couple who walked in while fixing my hair.

Ren was fantastic! Haircuts for me aren't just for looks but also therapeutic. I hadn't had a chance to shave my undercut and Ren took great care of me. Even with it being a holiday weekend and last minute. Polite and professional! This experience made my week! Thank you!

I was a walk-in with no wait. My stylist, Ria, was fun, energetic, had a positive, friendly professional attitude. Excellent customer relations skills. She took the time to HEAR me and give me a cut we were both happy with. No judgement to any of my many hair care questions. She had all the answers too, in the best way, about how to better care for my multi-textured, severely damaged hair. I'll definitely be back to see Ria.
Very reasonable prices.

Multiple issues: the hours and days this location is actually open for business makes it darn near impossible for people that work and/or have children to get on the waitlist. Next, I was actually able to check my kids in online with a 24 min wait, received a text from this location saying to “Come on in, we will be ready for you in 15 mins”. I get there in 12 mins, they have no record of my check-in for my kids, sent us away since they wouldn’t have been able to get to us before they closed. Lastly, the woman at the desk could not have been more unprofessional, sucking on a sucker and really not giving a care in the world how inconvenienced my kids and I were.
Will not give this location my business ever again.

if you asked them to do a certain style they'll be like "I got you" and do exactly opposite of what you ask and say "nah it's looks better, it wouldn't have looked good that way, trust." absolutely mangled my hair

I brought my 87 year old mother in for a hair cut. Felicia did a wonderful job with her. She listened to her, had patience with her and gave her a cut she was happy with.

Never tried this salon before and will never go back. I was a walk-in and with thick hair. She wetted down my hair with a couple squirts of water and then started hacking away on my hair. When two guys came in with appointments she panicked and cut my hair as fast as she could since these guys had appointments.What a joke this gal was. Unless you’re a guy with short hair don’t waste your money.
