I came in on a bit of a time crunch in the last hour of the day, and I recieved one of the swiftest yet cleanest haircuts I've gotten in a long time. Lots of appreciation to Lupe for a great job.

Requested style: I went in and trusted someone to cut my hairs other than the Gal who I trust with my hair. Boy OH Boy did I make a mistake! I was feeling like having bangs again. What I got was a chop job that now looks like a mullet because the bangs are not blended in with the back or the sides. I said I don't want my bangs shorter than my eye brows and she cut them while they were wet so once they dried my wavy/curly hair was up at the middle of my forehead. I was devastated! I been waiting for some growth so I can go to someone who can fix it! Never again! I should have known by what she said to my Granddaughter it was going to be ALL bad!
Hair type: My Granddaughter went before me and the Gal says to me and her...why is her hair like this!? It was tangled and her curls were bunched up. I said because I knew I was taking her here and the Gal that usually does her hair gets it wet and puts some conditioner in it and gets right through it. She going to tell me you should of had her go through it before she came here! I said why would I do that when I am paying to have her hair washed, conditioned,cut and styled!? She said well we don't usually go through snarly hair. Ummm...ok. Then she went to cutting her hairs not keeping in mind she has tight curls (she is American/ Liberian) she ended up with hairs cut up to the top of her shoulder and bangs up to the middle of her forehead. Smh... She was feeling so insecure about it and upset.
I called to complain just to be told that basically " it happens" she is sorry it happened but it did and that's it. ? Apparently she has never had her hair completely chopped and screwed! We won't ever be going back. The Gal I complained to is the Gal who I have trusted with my hair. She made light of what we went through and did absolutely nothing to compensate me. Not a good business move and lost a loyal client. When you know better do better! Care about how someone feels when they have to leave there knowing their hairs is not what they asked for at all and the Gal who did that could not have cared less if she tried.

Lee is a good expert hair stylist.she knows how to trim & thinning the thick hair.some of them they wont follow what the customer's request .Im satisfied with her services & dont want to go anywhere .

The women that were working today were not at all friendly. One woman started to check us in and sort of just stopped engaging with us all together. The other woman there just seemed uninterested I'm being there, she was not very pleasant. I definitely would not go back there.

Haircut was fine, but Darnitia was less than hospitable. If a customer doesn't like the hair cut when you ask them what they think(when you've finished), you shouldn't get short and snippy with your customer when they want to change it and that doesn't work for you. That's not good customer service.

Don’t bother checking in online because they put people in front of you. I was 4th in line with a 17 minute wait then suddenly I was 5th in line with a 23 minute wait.
