Could tell right away my truck was not a priority. Zero communication throughout the entire process, and when it came time for my "estimated pick-up date", I ended up having to call them myself just to be told "oh yeah, it's not ready yet. Probably another week or week and a half". They were "waiting on parts"....my truck is a 2024 so that makes no sense to me.
FINALLY after having my truck for over a month and a half I was able to get it back. They say they have rentals, but they don't, so don't expect one. Not very professional, no communication from anyone, and not very willing to help at all. Definitely won't be going back or recommending to anyone.

Brought my car in for an insurance claim. Very little communication. Called me a half hour before they close for the weekend saying my repairs are completed and i need to pick up my vehicle before they close. I was working an hour away at the time. Brought up a issues with Dave about the repairs that were done. He is extremely unprofessional, condescending, and full of lies.

I've never left a negative review before, but unfortunately, my experience was terrible. Everything from their communication to the timing of the actual work was poor. I let my insurance company know that they should be removed from the recommended repair partners list. After the repair took 3 weeks longer than they communicated it would, I was told to pickup by 5:00pm. I was waiting for my vehicle until after 8:00pm that night. It just wasn't good.

I stopped at Heritage for an estimate to repair my van. The parking lot was practically empty, and no customers inside. When I walked in I didn't even see anyone working. After a few moments a guy walked out and asked if he could help me, and I told him I would like an estimate. He asked if I had an appointment, I said no. He then said he could schedule one for me to come back. No thanks, I've never needed one anywhere else, and I was the ONLY customer there.I'll stick with Modern Auto Body in Brooklyn Park. They welcome everyone with a smile, and treat you like a good friend while you are there. Even if they have 5 people waiting (they usually do), they will make sure you get taken care of.Do yourself a favor and go see someone willing to do their job. I would expect appointments at a dentist, doctor, or even at a credit union, but not here. Do better Heritage, you lost my business.

I got sideswiped. A glancing blow with a lot of cosmetic damage. When I got the car back, it looked brand new. Beautiful work. Nice people here.

Went off the road on Christmas Day and landed in a snow bank. Heritage Auto Body fixed my car perfectly. They worked with my insurance and got me a free loaner. The customer service and technicians did a great job. Thank you!!Services: Painting

I went in to get my scratches and dents fixed through my insurance, since someone had opened their car door into mine several times. When I went in the front desk person was very nice. The repair person came out and looked at my car and made a note on where all of the scratches and dents were.It took them a normal amount of time to fix it, which was fine.However, the loaner car they gave me was awful.About a week later, they called me to let me know that my car was done, and then to pick it up in the morning, no specific time in the morning.So, I came at 11am to pick up (waited about an hour to get my car), and I got yelled at by the repairman that I didn't pick it up on time.I didn't know that 11am was not morning time....Also, when I picked it up they didn't even fix underneath my door handle, which they had known about, so I had to bring it back another time to get it fixed. They were very put out that they had to fix the last part they were supposed to.Services: Painting

It was a horrible experience. They took my car a part, damaged parts of my car, didn't put my car back together the way it was. Worst part of it all, they did not own up to what they've done to my car and just made excuses one after another. Would not recommend them to anyone. Don't let the free loaner get you. Old loaners with a/c that doesn't work!
