Easy to navigate through the store, especially if you have the Home Depot app, if not most of the employees can and are willing to help.
Store isn't a cluttered mess like Menards and has better pricing than Lowes.

I stood around for 45 minutes in the appliance section waiting for someone to show up and help me. Got tired of waiting so I went to Lowe’s and spent 1k on appliances there. Was in and out in 15 minutes

Really tho? Inflation on basic lumbar since IV last purchased pisses me off I guess...not really depots doing and no better elsewhere... I did see some reasonably priced deals tho and lady at checkout was adorable and helpful...

Sometimes coming here with Starbucks in hand is my perfect idea of a day date with hubby, just to preface my love for this store. 😆
While Christmas shopping for him, I had to order something from HD online and the website was giving me a hard time. There must have been a crack in the space time continuum because I swear I entered my card number like 4 times and it just kept clearing and asking for all my info again. Annoying, but whatevs. So, customer service staff helped me place an order and had it sent to the store for pick up to prevent my Christmas surprise from being spoiled. They were super helpful and friendly. And then when my item arrived, Matt at the order pick up counter helped me out, and he was also super friendly and helpful. Shoutout to all the friendly retail staff that find joy during their working hours in the Holiday Season. You're true Heroes and you don't get enough credit!

I had an excellent experience at Home Depot, thanks to Kodjo in the lumber department. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Kodjo went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed for my project, offering advice and solutions that saved me time and money. His customer service was outstanding, and his positive attitude made the experience even better. I highly recommend seeking him out if you need assistance—Kodjo is a true asset to the Home Depot team! Also, Keith thank you for your help!! One of the other manager didn’t want to help me. But, Kodjo didn’t give up on me. Kodjo deserves a raise and a round of applause!👏

Stopped because they carry the Ring brand of home security products. Was looking for the Ring Corner Mounting kit for the Ring doorbell. Of course they didn’t have one on the shelf. Customer a service stated they had no idea and a sales clerk looked it up on her cellphone, except instead of searching the Home Depot website she did a Google search and advised me to order one from Amazon. Gee I could do that instead of trying to buy in person at the local store!
