  Would give 0 if I could. The wait times are completely unacceptable. Changing banks finally after banking since it was TCF.

  This the third time I have gone in to get a problem fixed. They tell they fixed it until I go to use my card. They don't know what there doing. Get staff that know what they're doing.

  Good service here. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and I really do feel like they care.
