Great place for all types of fabric. Clerks were very polite. My only issue was the long wait time for fabic cutting and people cutting in line. I waited 45 minutes in line. Some people had entire carts full. Maybe an express lane is needed so people with just a couple items are held up by those with entire cart fulls.
They have online coupons on the app. You get discounts if the fabric runs out.

Last night I went in to pick up an order. The girl at the register was sweet but couldnāt find my order. I waited for awhile, and then another staff member, maybe a manager? came up to help her, passively aggressively shaming her for not being able to find āanother orderā. I was like itās not a big deal. Manager looked for awhile and still couldnāt find it. Finally finds it at the cutting counter. Ok fine, no biggie. Then I notice some of my order is missing. Apparently it was cancelled. I was never notified of that so I was confused. I was trying to understand and this staff member seemed very irritated with me for asking for clarification⦠I just wanted to make sure I got refunded for the item. I was so nice to her and she was.. clearly over worked and stressed out. I picked out a new fleece and went on my way. I didnāt really care about my items being missing for awhile and my item being cancelled, I was more frustrated with the rude staff member.

Used to be a good store. Now it's messy, hardly stocked and I'd say sale signs are posted only half the time for things not in the seasonal sections. Bummer, I go to michaels most of the time now since this joanns never has out what I came for even when it says multiple in stock. Workers seem very friendly, I'll give them that.

When you do online ordering, I would think it would be held in an area where you stop in at the front desk and grab your already paid for product and they scan it and you then go on your way. Rather than having to wait in line to get said item. At least that is how other stores that have this service do it.

Tried to buy online for a 2nd time since seemed to have good deals on some online only items- AND 2nd time disappointed. No shipment ever came and no communication until I emailed asking where is my package. Waited another week and a half to get vague answer of order was canceled. Emailed again asking why since I did not cancel or change anything- waited for answer again and finally received email that system had too many different locations to fulfill order so was cancelled. What the heck? Also have a family member who also never received her package which only contained two items so what's up with that joanne fabrics? too many locations for your system to fulfill from also? BAD BUSINESS...

Unfortunately I couldn't find anything I went there for. The website said the items were in stock for this location but I spent an hour and a half hour walking around the store not finding it. I would've asked an employee but they were all busy and the line to the check outs was really long. I still like the store, they have a lot of stuff and stuff that you can't get at many other places. Maybe I'll have to go when they're less busy.

Took my elderly grandmother here last night, and it was not a great experience. Barely walked in the door and were told that they closed in exactly 23 minutes and would be kicked out, even if we were in line.Hours here on Google and on the door stated they were open until 9pm, not 6pm. They only had one wheelchair available, and it was broken, so she was quite uncomfortable.Thankfully we knew what we needed, but were un able to browse. We had a nice woman who helped us find what we needed to, as we were being very rushed, which is why I'm giving two stars vs. just one.When we were leaving a person, assuming the manager, stood in the doorway and kept shooing people away as they were closing. Over the loud speaker, we were told if we were there a second past 6pm, we'd be given a broom and forced to help clean up/sweep.I understand staffing shortages, everyone is still having issues with that, but it being shoved in our face like that was quite rude. Also, in my opinion, there were quite a number of staff there working.I hope the next time I go things are better.

As many others have shared in their reviews, this store is apparently only open until 6 and not 9 like other Joann stores or what shows as store hours on Google. However, the staff is incredibly rude and only seems to care about closing their doors instead of helping customers and making sales.I tried to go last week and basically had the doors shut in my face saying they were closing in 10 minutes. I went again tonight and a lady (manager?) started shouting throughout the store that they were closing in FIFTY minutes. Then when I was checking out another customer came in and the cashier looked at her and said āweāre closing in FORTY minutes!ā I will not go back⦠itās miserable. Itās ok if they close at 6 but there are so many better and more positive ways to communicate this without turning people off and away.
