Was just at this Kohls yesterday. Not fun to be there on a Sunday with a sale. Too many people, and stuff everywhere. But... the sales associates were great! They were working their buttons off- stocking, restocking, and trying to keep things neat and organized as possible. And still- with how busy they were, they were very helpful and very pleasant to us!! Great job to everyone working yesterday!!! We appreciate you! 😊

Kohls prices are crazy high!!
They stick a ridiculous high sticker price on it and then reduce it 60% and still make money on it! Just like place right.
That’s why shop direct china.
2 stars for those really good prices which are few
Your clearance stuff .. is not clearance it’s just sale
I was looking at kids clothes, carters clothes .. I can go to Carter’s and get better prices there..
Clearance Racks and shelves overfull because prices are high

I love to shop at Kohls. It is clean and has so much to choose from and there is always a good sale. The check out is fast and easy.

Lee jeans on sale. Very mixed up. Hard to find Relaxed and sizes all mixed up

Went to this store last week. What a mess! Almost as bad as the Roseville store. Left without buying anything because the place was trashed, cramped, and cluttered.
The Lino store is organized and well-maintained. Nothing like this disaster.

REALLY annoying to be unable to find the price of items and usually, the sale items are out of stock. Embarrassing ti look for an employee to scan it for me. Colossal waste of time ESPECIALLY when Christmas shopping! Display items frequently have missing price and even if they do, you can't find the exact item for purcase easily. Most likely is a huge line at checkout due to insufficient cashiers. Inevitably leads to a negative experience and headache. Extremely frustrating to shop for jeans! Sizes are facing the wrong way and makes it's impossible to find what you need. Especially if you are an uncommon size. Large and tall sizes are literally on the floor Need to bend all the way down to look for sizes you cannot find anyhow. Makes it very challenging for older people to shop. Pretty disappointed that the jewelry department is gone! However, I received some truly excellent service in the Sephora section. Was looking for a fragrance gift set and was steered to a choice that wasn't on display inside the department. Their help did make my trip a positive one in spite of the other issues.
