I am from this area going back fifty years. Never saw it be so uncivilized..I think thetr are angry and unhappy teens around who do these things. I had my purse stolen over at the McDonald's. I'm sure the managers desire to keep making this an open and fun environment but now need to.figure out keeping it safe. Kudos to you owners. Wish you the best.”
“Wedding dress preservation 5 stars! .I called talked to the store manager she went thru cleaning and preservation process with me over the phone she asked for me to come in and bring my dress when she was there . I am so pleased and would recommend Pilgrim in Blaine for wedding dress and specialty formal cleaning.Very Happy with my Experience with Pilgrim and would recommend.”

“Brought my comforter here to wash and dry. This is the cleanest laundromat I’ve ever seen! Only complaint I have is I tried 3 different washers using my credit card and they all said declined. I called my bank and confirmed that I have $1400 in my account. I had to download their app make an account to be able to pay.”
“Been with these guys for over 10yrs what really made me have mad respect for them is when I fell on hard time n I fell hard they kept my things for me over a year they could of thrown sold kept or gave away my things but no the understood in my things were there for me to pick up THAT'S LOVE ???”

“This is the best laundromat i've ever been to in my life. I have severe fragrance allergies and have to risk death by anaphylaxis to visit most laundromats. This place honestly has the best ventilation of any business of any type i've ever been to. There are very high ceilings and multiple ceiling fans running at all times. You can barely smell the fabric softener when you walk in! They also sell unscented detergent and dryer sheets, something that's hard to find these days. The whole time I was there, employees were cleaning--the machines, the folding tables, mopping the floor. I also love that it's open 24 hours. This place has been such a blessing to me.”

I’ve never been in a laundromat that was so courteous to their customers she made me a loyal customer. I would recommend this laundromat to anyone who asked me of one..???

“I’ve been going to the Brooklyn Park location for years, and I’ve always had a great experience. My father-in-law passed away yesterday, and we realized my husband’s suit desperately needed a cleaning. Mindy V. and the rest of the staff went above and beyond. The suit looks perfect, and they had it done quickly on such short notice. They saved the day, and they were so incredibly kind to me. We will be customers for life, and we’ll recommend them to everyone we know.”
“The dryer are so nice and big washes are great. My only complaint is that they need to have stools available for us short people cant load our liquid wash soap. Please put stools out and it would of been a 5 star for me”
“These guys have always delivered. Recently I brought a Timberwolves Game jersey that had a huge crease on the front (it was purchased this way, happened during shipping). These guys got it out. Like 100%. They are fast and reasonably priced.”

“Previously 2 star review got bumped up to 4 stars mainly for the lovely gentleman who was cleaning the facility today (Fri 12/12 ~1pm). He was very thorough. . . Mopping, drying up the snow puddles, dusting, and wiping down every inch of the shop/machines. He didn't speak much English but offered a kind smile. Now if you can get all of the machines in working order and maybe improve the air flow in here I'll bring you all the way up to 5 stars.”
“Doing laundry is a chore, you have to do it at times in a laundry mat. And for some maybe you never have. I have used this place a few times now I am the early morning person and this place is clean safe easy in easy out. Nothing is free so the cost doesn't bother me.”
