Great experience here buying a GE washing machine. I was surprised and delighted at how quick the check out process was, and they were able to schedule delivery two days faster than I had expected. In addition, the washer I was looking at online had an additional discount in store. The associates that helped me were very friendly and patient. Answered all my questions and felt like they genuinely wanted to be there helping me... kind of a rare feeling these days. Just felt like it was my lucky day. And maybe Lowe's is my new favorite DIY store.

Today I went to the appliance section looking for a new washer and Noah Sair walked over to help me. He had the best customer service I've seen in a very long time. He was very knowledgeable, funny, patient, and kind. I appreciate that he took the time to help me.

Love this Lowe’s location. Everyone is super helpful and the customer service team is a delight. With doing a ton of home projects, it’s a relief when they make returns so seamless. Appreciate alls help!

What happened to this store? It is severely understaffed whenever I visit, there's no one working the registers whenever I go there now, only people at Customer Service, very few elsewhere in millwork or near flooring, and only self checkout available. This is not the experience I'm used to from this Lowe's. All the people I once knew here are gone, just a few random people here and there who don't even acknowledge customers. Anthony was the only person who acknowledged us last visit and asked if we needed help. He was one out of five other employees we saw that day. This place is just another useless Home Depot now, where there's little to no help. Please restore this store's reputation.
I loved this store so much 5 years ago. I loved it so much I'd shop there exclusively for home items and was always satisfied with the staffing level and how friendly and helpful the associates were. Going to this store used to feel like being part of a community with people who were there to help and advise on your projects.

Only reason I'm giving a 2 is because the greeter was nice and helpful, I was directed to self checkout because I didn't have a reward card (or whatever they call it) I was planning on using that anyway but still...and you could barely hear the woman standing at the end because she was wearing a mask, paid 36 dollars for a 4 tier shelf that the legs wouldn't go in properly and I broke one piece trying to force it on so now I'm left with a 3 tier shelf

Helpful, very friendly staff both in person and over the phone. CR location allows leashed dogs as I think most locations do. They even gave my dog a treat at checkout after asking if it was ok. Great hours. Clean store. Ample parking. Comparable pricing to competitors.

The manager Adam is not knowledgeable on ordering specialty items. Quick response to say they can't do it. Even though I had ordered the item at that location a week and a half prior when I tried to show him I had just ordered these items and is there anyone else who could do it he became very confrontational and very unprofessional. I ended up going to the Blaine Lowes where Mary helped me without any problems. It is unfortunate that Adam is a manager a very poor representation of this store. I had just spent $2500 on a remodeling project where John in the bath and vanity department was exceptional

I ordered 10 items and paid for delivery. Lowes sent me a picture of the items delivered to the incorrect adress. I contacted Lowes and was informed they were not responsible for this delivery result and I had to contact the delivery service they assigned. I disagreed and said I paid them for the delivery and it was their responsibility to correct the error. I was told again I had to correct the problem with delivery service they picked. This took a totel of 18 minutes of waiting a several transfers and much uneeded recordings. Two rules in customer service. Rule 1-customer is always right. Rule-2when customer is wrong remember rule 1. A very dissapointing experience.
