I am not a fan of the traditional car buying game. Rick Wall immediately impressed me that his focus was on what I wanted and expediting the process. He knows the ins and outs of all the necessary procedural steps, came up with a couple of discount/rebates I wasn’t aware of, and never did I feel he was trying to “sell” me something extra. You can’t go wrong dealing with Wally. I will definitely be looking him up the next time I’m in the market.

I have been using North County Ford for 25 plus years. I left 3 message at the service department over the past week. No one responded back. I know they have more than one person working in the service department. Looks like I will be calling the Isantiy dealer from now on.

The part replacement was done correctly. The facility is clean and spacious. Those are the only two positive elements of my experience. Soonest appointment was 2-weeks out, and I received numerous texts and emails reminding me to be there, and on-time. Annoying. When I showed up 10-minutes early I was told, "We're pretty busy. Can we keep it a few days?" [It was a repeat part replacement for a TSB. It takes an hour]. Then they called at 4:15 and told me the car would be ready tonight. "We'll call you." They never did. I came in the next morning on the off-chance it WAS ready. I suppose I was lucky.Very strong anti-customer vibe throughout the experience. In 4 years when the part needs replacement again, I intend to drive to Apple Valley to go to a Service department where people smile and communicate.

A great place to buy a car! They helped me transfer a car from another dealership just so I could purchase through them. They were very thorough throughout the financial process and worked with me until I was very happy with my final deal. I would recommend Roth Country to every single person who is looking to buy a car.

We got a fair price on the vehicle, and they did a fairly good job of getting the vehicle ready. But I did not have a chance to test drive the vehicle as expected. We bought the car at Luther in part because of their warranties and saying how they stand behind there product. They dont!! We had tire and rear windshield issues as just a couple things to take care of. Called there and were on hold for 45 minutes, had to explain to the service person 3 times what we needed, and how covered, they had to talk to a manager so more on hold. Then said some guy named Charlie would call back and never did. So we have a tire that needs to be fixed to trust and don't want to drive much the way it is, and a couple other issues. We have only driven it for 3 weeks. Also promised a shifter knov cover missing , and haven't heard anything. We had a couple people looking for vehicles to purchase and were going to suggest here, but certainly wouldn't now. Don't believe the hype...

It was a great experience from start to finish. Erin was able to get us get more money on our vehicle trade in and was able to get a small price reduction on the purchase of our new 2022 Lincoln Aviator. Erin was very knowledgeable about Lincolns and quickly setup our new vehicle in a matter of minutes. If anyone was in the market to buy a Lincoln, I would highly recommend Erin as your salesperson. You won't be disappointed.

Had a appointment on Wednesday at 1040 and was told I'd get a welcome text to be able to communicate with, and my car would be ready Friday, no welcome text I waited until Friday at 230 to call was on hold for 25 minutes and was told they can't find my car, they found it and was told nothing had been started and I'd know the latest by the following Tuesday at the latest, Tuesday comes still no call, called again and they again couldn't find the ticket or where my car was. I then said I need my car you have had it almost a week, they then found it and had to pay $140 and only1 recall was fixed. I am so upset with them and will NEVER go back.

Dee was fabulous. We bought two vehicles from him within a matter of a few weeks. We intentionally went back to him because of the positive experience we had to begin with. From someone who literally hates car shopping, he made the experience very pleasant and enjoyable. I texted him a few times with questions, and he was quick to get back to me. Two thumbs up for Dee!

I had looked at a truck I liked online and when I went to look at it in person Geoffrey had the truck ready to go when I got there. The buying process was simple and fast and I got what I was expecting for trade in on my previous truck. Good salesman and excellent customer service. I also had some extras added to the truck and the loaner they gave me was a brand new truck similar to what I bought. Very happy with my purchase.

Having purchased my car here and been here many times for service, I can say this is my last visit. There is just simply no desire on the part of any of the employees I have encountered to be helpful or make it a pleasant experience. They state they will call you back and don’t or leave you on hold. Tonight I stopped by simply to drop my car off for an oil change tomorrow morning and it took 15 minutes to navigate to the correct employee literally to hand my keys to because everyone I spoke to shuffled me off to someone else. Two employees I had to get their attention to ask where to go because they blatantly ignored me and texted on their phones. It’s so much effort to ask a simple question or drop your car off for routine service like an oil change it’s just not worth it.

Knowledgeable staff. Low pressure and eager to make sure you feel like a valued customer. Matt (sales) was maybe the best salesperson I've worked with. He understood what I was looking for and did everything to make sure we left with the desired vehicle at the price we were comfortable with.

It took 10 days of phone tag after having an appointment to get my truck diagnosed . What’s the point of booking an appointment if my truck is going to sit there for 10 days before even being looked at? I added an extra star for the service director that I got a hold of and finnaly took care of it because no one else ever called me back or even answered .. No loaner was ever offered and I would not have payed 65 dollars a day for one anyways because they are the ones that are behind (not my fault) all that was offered was an apology no money off the repairs or anything for this wasted time . I bought my truck here also and have had it serviced here since and never had a problem until now . The service department needs some serious fixing ! All the service complaints on here are real I experienced it myself .
