Took my truck in for damage in Decemeber. Jim and Ty had great customer service. They were great at explaining the process to me and keeping me informed of what was going on with my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle they even stayed later than business hours to go over my vehicle with me and made sure I was happy with the results before leaving. Would highly recommend this location.

This place just restored my trust in car repair shops! We needed some bumper damage repaired from a fender bender. They were clear with communication and timing. All the staff I interacted with were so friendly and informative and I could tell they really cared about our experience. After repairs were fixed, we had our taillights go out. Assuming it was an electrical issue from the repair, we brought it back in. But it was a coincidental bulb burnout at the same time as the repair. It wasnât their responsibility to change those out for us, but they did it anyway and speedily! That simple act made my very complicated and difficult week much easier. After having some really disappointing experiences with other local shops recently, I canât be more grateful for how they treated me and went above the expectations. Thank you to Jim and his team!

Screams scam shop from the fact they can't afford their own phone line to slapshod unfinished walls, I literally cannot fathom how terrible my life must be to wake up and clock in here everyday to support scamming hardworking people of Minnesota.If you call and select 1 it goes to a different company with as decent office as you'll find in this economically disenfranchised stretch of flyover country, but in reality they are a different company halfway down the stretch with a much more meager office. Not 100% certain but it definitely felt they were trying to talk me into a crime.

DONT GO EVER!!Doug and his crew held my car hostage in the shop for 3 months claiming âhe can fix itâ, every time we asked him heâll be like âitâll be fixed next weekâ but it never will be. Before finally telling us he actually canât fix my car and totaling in 3 months later. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Doug just lies and lies then lies some more. Says he is going to call but NEVER does. The guy is a professional lier and tells you what you want to hear. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Totally mismanaged. He just keeps on lying instead of telling you the truth. Canât stand the jerkService: Steering & suspension repair
