“Back in December, I ordered 10 pairs of Carhartt pants in my usual size. This was my first time buying Carhartt since they introduced the new sizing options (slim, regular, and loose fit). Unfortunately, all the pants arrived about 2 inches too long.Determined to find the right fit, I recently made the trip to this location with my giant box of pants. Traffic was awful, and I only arrived 15 minutes before closing. Despite the late hour, the employee working there, Chris, couldn't have been more helpful.Chris was incredibly patient and understanding, even though I showed up last minute with a large box of pants to exchange. He took the time to explain the new sizing options and helped me find the perfect fit for me so I could order from their website since the store is about an hour drive for me.He even went above and beyond by explaining their free zipper/button and repair program – something I wasn't aware of before. I never felt rushed, even though I ended up leaving 20 minutes after closing time!This experience is a testament to the great employees at Carhartt. Chris's kindness, knowledge, and patience made a huge difference in my shopping experience. Highly recommend this store!”

“Used to love it here. I'd always pick this place for my Amazon returns but due to my sensitivity to smells & allergies to perfumes, ever since you've put Sephora in, I can barely breath. I have to race to the Amazon returns with my nose plugged looking like an old fool. But that's a me problem. I will have to chose other drop off locations and I can't even shop after the return and that sux. Otherwise great staff, clean and lobe Kohls!”
