“Had them hold a coat for me,since it was the first place I had shopped. Went to several other stores and came back to Carhartt because it was the wisest choice for a winter coat. Added a pair of gloves and a hat to complete my shopping ? Great Customer Service and a Clean store ?”

“Was in the area for some errands and needed to find a dress for an upcoming event that I procrastinated shopping for. I wandered into this Old Navy, and it was very clean, stocked, and organized. And the staff, two younger girls, were so kind which I really appreciated! There happened to be a little line and both of them were helping check out. There was some issue with a return or something, and the employee was so nice about it and the customer was pleased at the end! Will return - great store!”

“Went here to pick up a shop to store order. Waited in line for about 10 minutes while an employee was helping another employee buy something. Then, when I got to the counter, I was told my order was back in self pickup. So I went back there to grab my order of shoes. Looked in all the boxes and couldn't find it. Asked an employee who got the store manager to help me. We looked again for the shoes, didn't find them. He checked the shipping and receiving area and the backroom. He said he would replace them with a pair of shoes in the store if I found a pair while I waited and he didn't find them. They don't carry my Bigfoot size in the stores. No luck, the shoes were nowhere to be found in the store. I explained I needed them for a trip coming up. He was very concerned and flustered that the shoes were nowhere to be found. But he refunded me my money and gave me a little extra to go the extra mile for the mishap! ?”

“Good experience. Staff was helpful, some friendlier than others. A lot of styles and colors to choose from to rent or purchase. The wedding party got mixed up on dates of rental and set the wrong return date and the young lady at first told us we would need to pay for the extra days and when we explained that the rental return date was before the actual wedding, she said to just let the staff know when it was returned and they would take care of it. They know their business now let's hope they follow through on their promise.”
