“I had one of the best experiences bra shopping at this location. The staff was so friendly and the appearance of the store was great.When I first walked in I was on the phone and the staff was respectful and gave me space to look around and once I was off the phone they made sure to still greet me.What they didn't know was that I had just had one of the toughest weeks, being there changed that. There was laughter, and so many smiles in the short time I was there, my week was turned around. Thank you to Stacey, Alannah and Lily you ladies made my week!”

“Was in the area for some errands and needed to find a dress for an upcoming event that I procrastinated shopping for. I wandered into this Old Navy, and it was very clean, stocked, and organized. And the staff, two younger girls, were so kind which I really appreciated! There happened to be a little line and both of them were helping check out. There was some issue with a return or something, and the employee was so nice about it and the customer was pleased at the end! Will return - great store!”

“Went here to pick up a shop to store order. Waited in line for about 10 minutes while an employee was helping another employee buy something. Then, when I got to the counter, I was told my order was back in self pickup. So I went back there to grab my order of shoes. Looked in all the boxes and couldn't find it. Asked an employee who got the store manager to help me. We looked again for the shoes, didn't find them. He checked the shipping and receiving area and the backroom. He said he would replace them with a pair of shoes in the store if I found a pair while I waited and he didn't find them. They don't carry my Bigfoot size in the stores. No luck, the shoes were nowhere to be found in the store. I explained I needed them for a trip coming up. He was very concerned and flustered that the shoes were nowhere to be found. But he refunded me my money and gave me a little extra to go the extra mile for the mishap! ?”

“They always have a large selection of women's clothes in various sizes. Their customer service is great, their dressing rooms are nice and big so you have plenty of room when trying things on. They usually have some sort of deal/discount going on. The reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating was because for a consignment shop, I feel that their prices are a bit high on some of their items... Things like t-shirts, etc. I think that you get a better price on those kinds of items when you buy them on sale from stores like Target and Walmart, etc.”
“Had them hold a coat for me,since it was the first place I had shopped. Went to several other stores and came back to Carhartt because it was the wisest choice for a winter coat. Added a pair of gloves and a hat to complete my shopping ? Great Customer Service and a Clean store ?”
