4 stars because I can’t speak on the ER department, but I received my first iron infusion on 12/09 in the infusion center of the hospital and had a wonderful experience. The nurses made sure I was comfortable and they were very nice. 10/10 recommend getting any infusion here.

I use to speak highly of Mercy but last 2 times I was here, less then what anyone would expect. Today, I picked up a friend and I went in to have the front let him know I was here but the lady at the main counter couldn’t put her food down to help me. Disgusting and rude.

Jacob was very attentive in monitoring my mom. Doesn't complain and asked what he can do for patient and family. 2nd floor on west end was where he was working. We were fortunate to be cared by him.
