There are so many unpacked boxes in the aisles it's tough to walk around. I had to move a stack of boxes to get my item off a shelf. My only conversation was the cashier sending to a self serve register. No one else seemed to be interested in helping me.

just will not bother going in to this store again. shopped, unaided. stood in line watching someone I thought was a cashier stand on the wrong side of the counter at the far end of the registers - not talking or helping anyone, just silently watching the line grow. no cashiers behind counter.started to realize - all "self-checkout" no signs to say that. i finally get to the self checkout. ring everything up. notice only 2 things actually registerEd. then, the girl asks if she can help. points out I have to start over.i just said - go ahead and put things back and left. plenty of decent stores to go to, Michaels won't get my business again.

Went on November 10 and was disappointed with their low to nearly nothing of Christmas supplies and crafts. I walked into the store and quickly walked back out. Nearby Hobby Lobby has a wide selection.
