Very poor customer service in their framing dept! Recently went there to have a photo custom framed and the gal was not very friendly. She made a suggestion and showed me a filler inset to offset the mat from the frame. Then I realized wgen J got if home it wasn’t even done with that on it. I called today and she told me I was not charged for that add, and if I wanted it I had to come back in and reorder and pay more. No apology whatsoever for their error. Won’t go there again for any framing project!! Need to hire people who actually like their job!
