My husband gets his glass through North Star Glass on a regular basis through his company and always has a great experience. This time, we used them personally for our house/kitchen remodel. We got a couple seeded glass doors for our showpiece in our new kitchen. It looks phenomenal! I am so pleased with how it all turned out and will definitely be using North Star Glass for any future needs!

North Star Glass has saved me thousands over the years. I've had fogged up double-pane windows in my rentals that they replaced the glass in the existing frame. Then this fall, I broke a double pane insert in my house while washing windows. Pella no longer makes replacement panes for a 40-year old window and I really didn't want to replace the whole double window assembly. North star came through with wonderful craftsmanship.

We have used Northstar for years and when we built a new house of course we used them again for our detailed glass work. I can without reservation recommend them to anyone .

Installers did not clean up glass. Then when I reached out to our contract person he claims (without actually being onsite) that they "said" that they did. We have plenty of photos. We had glass inside our home, outside the sliding door, on our patio, in cracks, and all over our driveway. We have pets and children.. When we told them that we had left for the day to go back to work and told them to come and clean up while we were away, they complained that even though they provided the service they didn't have our address. I see another review on here stating the same thing about terrible cleanup. I'll remove the review once they clean up, but we are not wasting another day waiting for them to be available. However, in the meantime, if my dog or child becomes injured while we wait I'll be upset.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We had two broken windows they were going to come estimate. I had to follow up THREE times just to finally remind them to come and estimate. I then had to follow up two more times after that to get my estimate. When I got the estimate I called to verify it was for both windows. She said yes, that's for everything all said and done. I said "ok, let's get this on the books, what kind of timeframe are we looking at?" She said she'd call me back. I again had to follow up TWO MORE TIMES. I told her, I really need an answer asap because I'm not feeling great about how this has been going so far. I then get an e-mail later that evening stating that she only quoted me for one window, and the price went up about $400. I called to talk to the owner and was only able to get his son. His son didn't apologize for anything and was not willing to budge on the price at all even though I had all of these issues. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Extremely frustrating and now we lost all of this time thinking they were fixing our windows.
