I always find what I need here, nice clearance section that is kept organized, nice sales and prices. Sometimes off from the online inventory but I understand that it can't be 100% due to returns and purchases coming and going at any time. The checkout lines can tend to get long but they are quick to call for backup... And the young faces running those registers give me faith that the future of humanity isn't as doomed as I once thought.. very kind, curious, and engaging!

I purchased 2 items today in your store. They clearly were marked 40 percent off. I did not get any discount. I do not live close to your store. I will be returning these items to another location. I am very disappointed.

Things they have advertised in their flyers from the newspaper are not in the stores. You get there and can't find the stuff. I asked about it and one of the staff there couldn't tell me much. I think it's a play to get people into the store well I won't fall for that again.

Was in the area for some errands and needed to find a dress for an upcoming event that I procrastinated shopping for. I wandered into this Old Navy, and it was very clean, stocked, and organized. And the staff, two younger girls, were so kind which I really appreciated! There happened to be a little line and both of them were helping check out. There was some issue with a return or something, and the employee was so nice about it and the customer was pleased at the end! Will return - great store!
